Very good; no configuration required and works very well at warning you when you've lost signal. Simply plays a sound for "signal lost" and another for "in service". Needs optional vibrating alert; only alerts via sounds at present, so you have to leave the phone's ringer on all the time to tell if you want to tell if you're in service or not. Maybe a choice of short vibrate patterns for both events? Notification area icon is also redundant. Also, should have ability to auto-load at startup.
