They don't tell you the real price on the screen. Instead they trick you by showing the price without taxes etc. So when you get to the payment screen the price is almost double. So shady.

Basically OK in terms of layout. However it is slow, asks for GPS settings every time I go in and does not allow me to select direct flights only. Plus the image displayed during search (blue circles) left me feeling I was hypnotised into buying. Maybe that is deliberate!

This airways are suppppper!! Checking in system is nice. Rescheduling (I've seen domestic) process is soooo smooth & charge free. Officials are so helpful & friendly. Flyer Bonus can upgrade the weight of your bags! Their lounge is truly great. I just love to travel in it!!! Keep it up guys (Bangkok Airways authority)!!!

Actually absolutely the same as their web but web works great while the app hangs. Absolutely no sense to have the app installed (kayak app looks identically as soon as you chose there a flight with Bangkok air but kayak works)
