Love browsing Banggood through the app. The product will tell you which warehouse you can get the item from. You cannot search by warehouse. Cannot speak to international shipping (China to USA) but fast shipping in USA. Do your research of the product prior to purchase so you know exactly what you are getting. Ask a question if you cannot find the answer. Banggood is love, Banggood is life.

At this point I have made several purchases here and had no issues. Of course USA warehouse items got to my house in Texas before those from China, as would be expected. Mail service in China can be a bit slow on occasion, but one should expect that sometimes with any international delivery. All my orders arrived in perfect condition, and in my opinion that says a lot as these prices!

Application is ok. I do have the following issue with it. 1- photos on the review are low resolution, zooming does not help at all 2- external links are not click able nor you can't​ copy it on the comments and FAQ section of the product. 3- Product review is cut short, you can't expand to read more if you want. To sumup. I end up using full website at the end.

I am disappointed, it's has been my first time buy from Banggood and they have no Idea of where the items are. I have been waiting now 28 days and still have not received my orders. They are quick to take your money but don't care about the orders. I think I must report them to the Authority.

Guys if you are bit unsure about the authenticity of the company I would like to tell you that Banggood is a very trusted website they have 24/7 help center (live chat) for best service even you get great products at cheap prices plus you get free shipping which promises to deliver within 7-20 working days that's very good.Overall a very good experience with banggood.One suggestion please add the option of cash on delivery so that you can get new customers more quickly.

Currency setting does not work. Completely ignores the setting when you're in a country with a different currency. i.e. app is useless when you're in Thailand and you want to see euro prices.

App is alright at best. Runs fairly smooth, but is missing a lot of nice features. One improvement I hope for is that they fix the tracking links. They never work and you can't copy the tracking number, so you have to use a web browsers to view tracking.

I am downloading this app after seeing this comments but I hope you will not do anything wrong so hope you will not do anything wrong so give a good product to customers and also please increase the speed of delivery specially in India I approximately in 5 days only I really love this app I really buy things from this app thanks

I m damm disappointed.. nd angry... in january i orderd a wallet nd its 1st april.. i didnt get my order till noww... its a bad service...and most important the payment was done online and now order is not here and i cnt get my refund for money

the app is ok , one small issue, I often put things in my cart from the app so I can order when I get on my pc with other items and they often do not appear at all

All those things you can't get anywhere else at a fraction of the price. Brilliant as long as you don't mind waiting a while for the delivery

Bought a lot of stuff on banggood with fast response if had a problem but my last order I have a problem with and haven't got a response in over 5 days still waiting and email them three times still not trying to resolve so done with this app on some things you can get faster for not much more money for Amazon and eBay check it out

I love Banggood, just look at the reviews first! If it's mainly bad reviews, then don't purchase! Mainly good reviews then it's probably good!

The liked items in categories cannot be managed any more, when you like an item it is stored somewhere ...and you cannot allocate it like before to a logic you like. Please correct
