A bunch of unprofessional fresher's. Do not follow instructions. Day1:Subscription activated not as per instructions. Day2: item different brand from ordered Customer support is unresponsive. I am now changing my rating to from worst to awesome....Initially there was problem with supply for 1 week, but then after the service is awesome... I am very happy from last 4 months, I can any time change my orders on app etc.. good service
After giving 1* rating got a call that issue will be resolved and after that I can edit the rating to 5* but again similar experience. Got a call for confirmation after placing the order asking about the delivery (which never happened), nothing else. Pathetic experience again.

Was good during initial days. Now last 4 days I have not received milk and yesterday they delivered it at 11pm night instead of morning 7pm. Call to call center normally goes in answered. 4 days of non delivery not sure how to add back in my schedule. I was thrilled when they started this service of delivering fresh cow milk. Now it's turning to disappointments every day.
Just like other startups, they were doing good during their initial days. As days passed on and got more customers, they no longer bother about their operations, there is no way of tracking the delivery. They failed in their basic promise of delivering milk before 7:30AM. Not sure if I will get my amount back to my credit card account.
very horrible, after recharge 5 days also till now I didn't get one single milk packet and 2 days onwards my balance is deducting. please don't do recharge big amount. till now 10 times I was calling customer care. single time I didn't get any reponce from their side.
I had the pleasure of placing orders and getting nothing delivered. Got lots of false promises everyday to find zero delivery. No way to track delivery, unable to even reach their support. Finally gave up. You have a long long way to go.
Have been using their deliveries since 2 months now.. milk, eggs, bread and ID batter... They did not deliver for 4 days rest seems to be fine. App is simple to use. ... far better service compare to the local doodwala we had...
Crap. Added money in the wallet hoping for deliveries received none and the balance is reducing constantly. They need to work on the operations before having fancy wallet integration. Totally pissed off with me loss of money. I wish I had gone for cod experimenting.....
The older version was still better. But not worthy of good rating. This app takes away the flexibility of deciding when and how much milk do you need. You have to subscribe and create plan for daily milk requirement. But requirements fluctuate on daily basis. Which has not been accounted for in this app. If you modify a plan for a day it gets modofied for all the subsequent days. You paused it for tomorrow it is paused untill we unpause it. If you unpause it make sure to do it before the cut off time. These restrictions were not there with the coupon system.
Hi there delivery time is horribly late sometimes even after 10am by that time milk becomes ambient hot and unsuitable for use, it ruin's on boiling. Customer care is hopeless even after regular verbal and written feedbacks there's no improvement in situation.
The app is only of so much value as much the logistics of delivery. The team does not have a clue if a delivery does not happen. If asked, why has my delivery not been made, they consistently have an answer "we don't know". The biggest issue with doodhwala is their delivery logistics. Very badly coordinated.
No delivery history tracker. No proper response for your queries. Pay advance money and then remain dependent for customisation which happens after many follow ups. I wish I could continue delivery of milk through old milk vendor basis the tokens.
In about 10 deliveries I had to contact support 5-6 times for improper deliveries. You need to understand if it's a subscription 'not delivering' should not be a option. Please return money I want to uninstall this app.

Previous version was not good the upgraded version is far better but still needs improvisation. Initially I had delivery problems as well but now for past 1month delivery and notification have been consistent. I use this because I like going digital unlike my delivery man who is quite stubborn on taking cash still and no delivery charges as well.
We got forcibly transitioned from regular milk supplier to these app folks. Delivery is not very reliable. Please use hashtag #donotusedoodhwala to alert your friends in appartments from making it a Monopoly.
Pathetic customer service.. Nondelivery of items many times, but you get charged.. No refund even after raising tickets on chat or over call.. My complaints are open for about 2months now, yet no refund
Beginning service was good. Nowadays delivery is not proper. Without delivering they are deducting amount from wallet. There is no proper response from customer support.
The app needs to include a feature to customize milk order for just one day. Since this feature is missing, a new plan needs to be created just for the day which is very confusing. Also, the daily service is below average. In 2 weeks, they were late with delivery on 4 days, missed delivery one day and delivered wrong type of milk on 4 days.
They are keep deducting money from my wallet without milk delivery since last 3 days and not responding on their chat for the complains.
Very good for daily milk delivery and other daily needs too..Hope you include vegetables and fruits also in ur service soon..Good luck
Older version was better. New version update reset everything and was forceful and updated app is very slow in response
There is short delivery of subscription but no refund on that. Clear case of cheating
Very easy to place order and I am getting milk packets delivered daily!!! No provision to give feedback to the team, would be great if there is such an option
Upgraded version is not that good.If I select my delivery quantity as 1 it is showing up as 2.And got my delivery for 2 packets of milk.But my balance was deducted for only 1 packet.New version is having so many erros.If I used to resume my service at 10 pm previous version used to deliver my product my new version doesnt.New version even not maintaining my plan of delivery properly :)

One of the worst update ,my address was removed and I don't find milk products I use to order regularly.not allowing to find my location with my community which was there earlier.
A2 milk tastes really good..especially my Mom loved it
Whenever I download a service based App, I always look for two things: user friendly UI and the service itself. And doodhwala you guys don't disappoint in either. Keep up the good work!

Great choice of products, delivery is generally regular. When I have had issues the customer service has been prompt and the charges have been reversed. The only scope for improvement is ensuring 100% delivery.
