BeoSetup for Android
Just got a Beosound 2, which this app wasn't able to set up, and I had to borrow an iOS device to get it onto the network. Also, I tried to turn off the data collection but each time I tried the app re-enabled it after just a second or two, which is just unacceptable.
Tried on 4 different phones. Just connect to your device then go to 192.168.1.1 and you'll be able to set up through chrome browser
Just doesn't work. B&O should update this app.
Very nice physical product design. Software really needs more work.
So quick within a second love it
App doesn't work with samsung galaxy tab or iphone using wifi network. Very poor from B&O, I expected more than just a bluetooth speaker and intended to buy for multi-room setup but will not purchase B&O again.
A barely functional port of an iPhone app which now doesn't work at all on N. B&O don't give a damn about Android users - they're iPhone folk. I did make my A9 much more useful by plugging in a GoogleCast Audio. A tip if you want to do the same, there's a powered usb port on the back which would seem perfect to power the GoogleCast Audio... It's not. It creates awful distortion/hissing on the audio feed. I ran the usb power down to a proper plug and it was just fine.
App is useless and frustrating. Easier to connect and play straight over Bluetooth.
Doesnt even work on samsung note 7
It won't work with your phone because they have partnered with LG. Unless you have LG you are missing out on the best audio and video available on the mobile market.
Do you people realise your apps don't work?
All design & no substance - send me the app for the H5 otherwise I've just wasted £199
Doesn't work
Very nice
My A9 works through certain apps (spotify and itunes) but not with the connect software of my HTC or Samsung Tablet. They cannot "see" it. All was fine with earlier versions
Shockingly poor functionality and documentation. Stunned B&O would expect customers to use this.
App doesn't recognise all my products. Very disappointing
Please make wireless playback from a windows PC possible, not bt! Additionally it would be great if I could setup an alarm clock with my A9.
Took me a while to figure things out but it works great

Had the A9 for six months now still cant use it off my phone, laptop or any device so had to buy an apple just to use. You really should sort this out guys.
Too much money. Not enough quality. After a compiled hour of setting this up: no avail. Seems with set up, takes a minute to connect every time. Apple & BO? I'll stick with logitech and Android thanks.
It is poor development when you spend $3000 on the A9, and you can not play songs from your computer, ipad or phone wireless. You have to use digital streaming. So i took it back.
Not working. The text doesn't even fully appear on the screen of my galaxy note, and scrolling doesn't work, meaning I can't see or select the device. Zero support whatsoever, I can't find help anywhere. And this is for a thousand dollar machine... Embarrassing.
Incredible app in market for B&O products
Doesn't work.

App can't set up new devices at all. I followed the instructions, connected to the device wifi. Android said I was connected. The app said over and over to check if I was connected to wifi. Stopped once I switched back to my home network, so I think it was looking for internet access... Which is obviously impossible to have when connected to the new device's setup wifi. Are you kidding me? Very expensive sound gear with a *totally* worthless setup app. I had to dig out and charge an old iPad to set up the device.
