Virker kun på min nexus 5x lige efter jeg har geninstalleret appen, hvilket betyder at jeg er nødt til at geninstallere appen gang jeg skal skifte input - vel og mærke på en højttaler til 15.000 kr. Jeg har rapporteret problemet til B&O, men det lader ikke til at de tager det seriøst. Min bror har samme problem med sin Sony Experia Z5 compact. Meget meget skuffende når man betaler så mange penge for et produkt, så burde basale funktionaliteter som minimum virke.

The app is more or less useless. Tried it on four different Android devices and versions, and I still can't get the app to work with my beoplay A9 mkII. In most of the time the app can't find the speaker at all. I have to kill the app and clear the app cache and then it if I'm lucky I'll get contact with the speaker one out of ten times. And when I get contact, the user interface get messed up after a while. Then I have to start all over again.

List of bugs is endless. When re-opening the app it states that my WiFi isn't on. When searching for a band on Deezer eg. U2 the app only lists 4 albums, there is no way to see/find the rest. When clicking on an artist expecting the app to either show all available music/albums with this artists or at least play all available music, it just plays one track before playing other artists randomly. My A9 just got Chromecast, meaning I can leave the Beomusic app and actually start enjoying my A9.

For a while now, it keeps saying that the android device and beo are not on the same WiFi. They are, but the app just cannot recognize that. It works better for my husband's apple phone. For an expensive equipment, not being able to connect is painful. B&O should feel pretty ashamed about this user experience.

Useless App: slow, buggy, glitchy. Please hire two undergrads from Stanford or Berkeley for 6 months and make us a real app. Not that difficult, come on, you can do it B&O!!!

Pros: It usually works. Cons: Apple version is way better. Cannot control a beolink converter. Can't find the device after waking up/must restart. Cover art is B&W. Managing music queue from a NAS is a mess. I may buy an iPod to use as a remote since this this is so lame. If I didn't already have a huge investment in b&o, I'd probably return my equipment and never buy from them again. Please get your software act together!

I've got no idea why other people rave about there being bugs, since it works perfectly fine, except for its speed, or lack thereof, rather. It takes ages to make initial contact with the B&O product

App doesnt work on samsung galaxy tab or iphone. B&O sales personnel can't help. Wasted my money on a wifi network system which can only be be used as a bluetooth speaker. Come on B&O this is crap

When the app is opened it shows a device in the bottom left corner with an update swirl which just continues swirling... nothing happens. Please allow me to apologise for this very late reply. It seems like your inquiry somehow got lost in our inbox-system. We are aware of a few usability issues for the BeoMusic app for Android, that for some people may make the app unusable. Please be aware that we are working on a software update for the BeoMusic app for Android. However by now I am unable to say when the software update is ready to be released. Until the software released you can go to your app-settings every time you are unable to connect to the app, empty the cache of the app and try to connect again. I really love the app. We don't have any problem with it. Perfect to play baby music to my sons. I love it I can listen Philippines radio channel using the app. The speaker work perfectly good. We don' t have problem using my Mx5 miezu phone and my husband using his Sony set5 phone. Beo play 6a speaker work perfectly good too. just need to click once or twice the connection that show in the left side of the app. When you open it.

Unable to access any local content from my phone. Sometimes unable to detect the speaker at all, when other apps could connect to the speaker (A6) just fine using dlna. So so overall pretty useless app.

I'm pretty annoyed (understatement...) that my 18 month old A9 - over $3,500nz is not supported by this app. I know technology changes, but I thought B&O prided themselves on a "timeless" approach. This is definitely the last B&O product I buy, it's unacceptable.

The Android version has a long way to go. The app frequently crashes, seems to be very whimsical in recognizing my A9 - often keeps spinning around searching for it. When this happens, I have no choice but to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then it works once and the same cycle of uninstall and reinstall has to be repeated. Please improve. Thank you.

Worked reasonably well until it was updated at the end of August then I cold no longer access my music on my laptop or tablet. The latest update in October did not resolve the problem only made matters worse could now access the laptop files but keeps restarting the music even after switching off. I have been in contact with Beocare were very unhelpful are aware of the problems but have no idea when it will be fixed.

It's like the developers have never used a music app before. The Good 1.Control your B&O product (I have a second gen A9) from your phone - including volume 2. It's free The Bad 1. Missing basic functionality - for example a shuffle function 2. Sorts all bands starting with 'The' under T. So 'The Clash' is sorted under T, not C. Every other music player I have ever used manages to do this properly 3. Kills the battery quickly... much much faster than just linking via Bluetooth 4. No screen lock controls (come on!) 5. When the screen locks, it causes issues. the app seems to resize - so you can skip tracks by swiping left and right, but you can't adjust volume, you can't get back to artist lists etc etc. This may just be limited to my phone (S5). 5. Using the volume buttons on the phone while using the app does not adjust the volume - have to use the dial in the app 6. Crashes often B&O, I love your hardware, but this app is an embarrassment

I'm quite surprised that my year old A9 system will not work with multi room or this app at all. After spending nearly $2500 on a music system you shouldn't have to worry about it being obsolete so quickly. In the past B&O have offered free upgrades of hardware but this is no longer the case.
