Banfield Pet Health Tracker

I really like having this app as it allows me to keep important info about my pet handy on my phone. However, it could have some improvements. My biggest complaint is it typically loads very slowly on both mine and my SO's phones, sometimes I have to force close the app and open it again for it to work. I'll continue to use it for convenience but I hope to see improvements!

So today at the end of the day my battery on my LG G5 was down to 15% which is very unusual. The Banfield app was the highest usage at 35% without the app even being open.. At all. You have some major issue that needs finding immediately!

Everything is easily accessible, what vaccines I got when the due dates are, notification on appts. See the weights of previous visits, notes to remind myself what to ask at the vets office, my wellness plan actions, and the location where my Banfield is. I have 3 puppies and this helps a whole lot. I can even upload pictures of them, I know my microchips numbers and rabies number

Well done! A + on devepment This App is very useful, keep tack of past appoitments! Current vaccines and due vaccines. They also tell uou pets wieght and new details incase you loose paper work.

Used for a year then tried to log in to make some unknown error. Instead if resetting password it locks you out with no clue as to what you did. You'd think it involved your private information cuz even a bank allows a password reset.

I requested an appointment and was never called for confirmation. About two weeks later, I tried to request another appointment. Again, I was not called to confirm the appointment. So I called the Banfield Animal Hospital where I was trying to get the appointment. The time I requested wasn't even open. The vet is in surgery during that time every week! I should not have been able to choose that time. I don't know if the app is to blame or this particular location is to blame. The result is the same.

App is basic. Can't do much besides see pets, last appointment & she/where you last visited. Load of crap that I am deleting. You're much better off using the website.

It is painfully slow to load, but they did fix the medical records! Now I can't get the widget to load anything... Would be nice if vaccine history showed when vaccines were GIVEN as well as due dates.. ER asks for date of vaccines, not due date!

Love this app. The only issue here is that the speed of this application and the web portal itself are slow to load the information. If you can increase the response times of both, that would make this a much better tool to quickly gather the information of my two dogs.

All my notes from when I first got my pup through 9 months all gone. I thought that since I had to log in, that my notes were backed up. Sadly they disappeared when I changed phones. Update: 11/3/16, pictures not showing in journal

I love that this app not only keeps me up to date on individual vaccine history and due dates, but also test result history and a space to take notes about your pet or record questions to ask the vet later. Definitely reccomend. Super user friendly as well

"View Medical History" under the Status Center will not work. I have uninstalled and installed. I have force closed the app. I have restarted my phone. Please fix this bug and I will give 5 stars!

Never thought an app could keep me so up to date with my pets needs. Love it! And t updates automatically!

I logged on to the website to update my card info. I tried to access my account through the app and it tells me my user doesn't exist. I've requested my user and it matches. I even copied and pasted it. I can't request a password change because I supposedly don't exist but I can't set up my account because my client id is already in use....I magically cannot access my account through the site anymore...this is one app that will be removed.

The app takes forever to load and appears to be unable to load the medical records of my pets. Each time I try, I just get an error message and the app closes. This app is nearly as bad as their website in terms of poor functionality and constant error.

Should allow us to change My Hospital within app. Main number says site location can change it but site people don't know how to.

All of my pets information is all in onr place and easy to access. I even receive alerts to remind me when it's time for their exam or if I need refills on meds.

Can be very handy when you are a very organized person... One of the flaws is thay the notes can be easily lost

Could be so much more. I wish the widget showed if there was an upcoming appt, not just the last one they had. I also wish you could schedule an appt from just inside the app. I also keep trying to remove a pet from the listing and always says it cannot due to error.

Awful app! Twice I've had to call Banfield because the app wouldn't automatically deduct the payment from the credit card. Then I would get letters and emails saying the account is past due. After this contract is up, I'm canceling this plan.

It loads up slow and it doesn't show the whole history of the visit, which I need, for when I need to leave my pet in the doggy camp. This app needs improvements

Couldn't even create an account! I tried using Facebook to log in and it errored out. Now it's sending me in a sign-up loop where my passwords won't work and when I try to reset it says "the account already exists." Really need someone to fix this stupid app! Uninstalling!

The app is ok. The Banfield employees keep entering the wrong information for my dog. They have my puppy as over 100 years old. None of my dog's lab results are accurate.

Can't get my boy's mass results on here or a call from the vet. This app just says Banfield has stopped. A worthless joke of an app

this is a very easy to use app. so easy i dont have to use too much brain power to navigate it and i can use it easily to keep track of my pets health-as its intended to be used.

Every time try to log in I have to reset my password. I put in the same one, log in with no problem but then have to do it all over again when I come back.

Makes sending records to bordering and grooming easy and helps me keep track of when and what my 4 dogs are due for.

The apps stops when using it A LOT and doesn't offer basic information I would like

Works perfect, usually updates within an hour of my visit so that I can keep track of the work on all of my pets. I love their wellness plans!

I love the ease of the navigation with this app. I also love the fact that I can request appointments when I get off of work, instead of having to wait the next day

User friendly app but crashes as soon as I click on Medical History. I was hoping to view this because website won't show it either.

This app is great to keep your pets health and appointments up to date. Able to pull up and print lab results and medical records.

I can see the info about each of my dogs, and the information is there whenever I need it. Love ease of a appointments and locations when we're away from home.

The app is great, however it yes a lot of battery power. My battery drains much faster since installing and the Android battery status app shows this app at the top all the time.

Constantly buggy and slow. Closes by itself all the time.
