I did a few speed tests to check. And yes this thing maxed out everytime at 5Mbps even when I was actually doing 38Mbps. Glad to be uninstalling this before I get charged for going over my data limit.

Allows me to see how much bandwidth I'm using while using other apps like YouTube or Netflix. And I can move the monitor anywhere on the screen. Awesome! !

I was just going to give this 5 stars when I thought hang on.. 200kBps fastest speed and mostly in the Bps range recorded when I have 2 devices connected. . One on Spotify and other on Youtube. Not accurate.
