Bandsintown Concerts

As a person who averages more than one show a week, this app has not only saved me a ton of legwork checking schedules, it has not only prevented me from missing shows by all of the bands I like, it has not only... I ran out of ideas. I do love this app though. It has made my passion of live music much easier to pursue. I love seeing a band through incidental contact -- an opener, at a function, etc. -- and add them here. No need to remember their name or remember to look them up. Good stuff.

Decent app that keeps you informed of upcoming gigs. I'd like to have control over the suggested artists as it's recommendations are trash. I listen to heavy metal, acts like Katy Perry and Macklemore are most definitely not of interest to me.

Just wish it had a way of telling exactly what day tickets go on sale for every show. Sometimes it's 3 days later some times it's 3 months later. Really it's my only complaint.

Useless app that wants too much personal info!!! I don't want a worthless app just to check tickets prices. Why do I have to log in with facebook or email...maybe they are trying to steal personal info!!! Shouldn't have to allow app into my personal accounts just to check ticket prices!!!!!! This app deserves ZERO stars!!!!!!!Uninstalling

When it works, it's great, but I'm so sick of not being able to log in. I have "signed up" three times at least already, each time spending hours picking artists I want to track and synching with my music apps, but every time I get logged out for whatever reason it refuses to recognise my email, it just sends a verification request and I have to start all over again. Now it won't proceed past that point; it says my email has been verified but still refuses to log me in, and sends me another verification request email. I've reinstalled and the problem persists, and I'm not opening a Facebook account just so I can access this app. As I said I love this app, when it works but I'm loosing patience with it.

Christ - it keeps booting me out. I don't want to go through your stupid onboarding process. I just literally want to literally check to see if a band is in town. Way to make an easy problem hard.

Had to change this to 1 star because the recent updates totally screwed up the app. Why is everyone so greedy after our data? Let us do some stuff manually, we're not idiots. Please let us set the location ourselves - I'm pretty sure I know where I live. Also, let us create proper accounts via email, Facebook has proven time and again it cannot be trusted. Songkick has become pretty unusable and now this...

I get inundated with music events that have nothing to do with my interests or artists I want to follow. Notices are often well after tickets are on sale & good seats are gone.

Not enough content. Not all artists post music to.sample so you have to know artists already? Require an artist to post at least one song or video. Reverb nation kicking ass but here? Anyone calling venues to get them on board?

Never get home from a trip and see that a favorite band played in the same town while you watched South Park reruns at the La Quinta. Get this app. Use it.

Need to be able to adjust distance further than just 150 miles, some of us like to road trip to shows, I personally love Chicago, and that's not within my radius, I know I can just search that city, but what if I want a radius of that distance from where I am

This app is pretty awesome. Of all the concert apps, this one seems to be the most informative about more of the artist's I listen too and the upcoming shows those artist's will be playing in the near future. I've been using this app since close to when it was first released, back then it was the first of its kind and is still doing best at keeping on top of current & upcoming events of music I'm a fan of compared to any of the others that have since been created to compete. I have used other apps that are similar and I still use a few, but this one always seems to be better informed about more of the upcoming shows by more of the artist's I follow. It also has the ability of scanning more sources of music apps and social media networks for artists I'd like to follow than any other app I've used. That's a very important aspect to me because I am a fan of so much music, it would take me weeks to even remember half of the artist's I'd want to follow if I had to go through and search them all individually. All in all, this is a Great app, I have recommend it to many and will always highly recommended it to any music enthusiast I meet.

All in one concert app. Tells me of EVERY act performing 150 mile radius of me. Was even able to purchase tix on the app.

Well this app is useless to me. It refuses to take my payment, saying that my card isn't able to make purchases like that, yet I have made purchases from a multitude of different sites. So I guess I will go back to my trusted ways of getting tickets.

Love this app! Let's you track fav bands and gives you up to date info on new albums, release dates, future tours, tickets and more. All my fellow metal head should totally have this app. ????

Love it so far it tells me every concert in area and some I didn't even put on just cause they were similar to what I had requested

Cannot set my city, app can't find my location with gps on, cannot set a range over 150 to include my city... For now pretty useless for me.

Great way to keep track of upcoming shows. You can connect to Spotify so the app knows what you like and offers suggestions for shows you may be interested in.

This is the band/ticket app I have been waiting for! So easy to track my favorite bands and jump on tickets right away!

Recommendations sometimes suck but overall it's a really nice app making much easier to find a gig for a weekend or whenever visiting other cities

Won't track the artists on my Google music account no matter what I do.

I wish it allowed you to see pictures and videos from concerts, uploaded by users.

Good app to be reminded of bands you like are coming to your area. Also alternate bands in similar to your chosen ones.

Bandsintown always comws through and let's me know who plays in my town. They're awesome.

Love the quick notifications of upcoming shows. Just wish they had more ways to buy tickets.
