You have reached the maximum number of characters? I can't use the the app? It's obviously not very clear to anyone what's required to use the app. If it's too costly to fix or make another why bother having it in the first place?

First i gave this a 5 star,then we had a rough time with it.but I believe its fixed ive had no issues with this app for about 9 months now, so had to change my review.This app is now my primary Internet banking tool.

Wasn't even able to register before the app crapped itself and kept closing every time I tried to get into it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that would fix it but it didn't. No point in keeping it if it isn't even going to load so got rid of it.

I can't even open the ap. It starts to load then disappears of screen. Please fix it! I used to love it!

So much easier with the updated numeric PIN keypad. App does everything I need it to.

Apparently I've reached the maximum number of registrations for my account. Guess it's time to change to a modern thinking bank/whatever

It doesn't work just comes up i have no internet connection which i know i have please fix it

What's going on with this app worked fine yesterday Now it comes up with can't connect to server :(

Wont open

Im a dummy but found out fast this app is dumber. It restarted 66 times in 5 minutes. *facepalm

App works perfectly for what I needed to do but consumes way to much battery power forcing me to uninstall it. Might try it again if it ever gets an update.

It is very handy but I had to un intstall it. I have an antivirus thing on my phone and it kept telling me there were problems and was using my battery I only had it for 3 days and battery went flat every day I had it and the antivirus was telling me it was trying to start 1900 times in 4 hours! How is that possible I'd probably use it once a day please fix and I'll download it again :) I think they were trying to fix it but is still doing the same problem last 2 days agaib

Loved it before it continuously closed on me, please fix this glitch. Then I will Re install

I use internet banking a lot, this app is terrible but I hate having to go on the net on my phone to have to transfer money etc, make app user friendly

Works just fine on my HTC One M8. Having the keyboard go straight to entering digits when keying in your PIN is my only suggestion. People having issues with the app's limitations should just use standard internet banking for anything more complicated than balance checks and transfers.

This app is crap every time u go into in you have to re install it. I'll be deleting it and going back yo old version

I have to keep uninstallingcand reinstalling as it opens once then jams never to open again. Pls fix, as the old app doesnt work anymore

Disappointing very glitchy why is log on pin not set up with proper keypad too?
