It may be an issue with the bank not the app, but it says on the front page that this app is the way to"solve issues in the quickest possible way." To be fair I got someone within 3 minutes who asked me one question. And then over an hour later, without any other contact from them, despite me telling them how long I'd been waiting, I gave up and came here.
