Keep saying I have pending charges and charges me over and over again for the same trip at the same time. There's no way in hell I spent $100 on the tollway over the weekend hello

At first I was skeptical because of the negative reviews. I recently purchased this for two of my vehicles and have been working great! Allow about 24hrs from your first trip to see it reflect on the app but once it's finalized it sends a notification within the hour on the app that you have had a new trip. Ensure your app is fully updated before complaining! I got my devices from Costco. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S7. The other awesome thing: NO WAITING FOR IT IN THE MAIL! ????????????

Sadly, I have not been able to get my account balance,for 2months. Due to hurricane Harvey, the communications and updates from HCTRA, is not accurate,either. Please help

Since Hurricane Harvey, my balance hasn't changed and I drive the toll roads every week. The app hasn't shown any activity since July 16. Please help me out Bancpass!

Ever since mid to late May I stopped receiving notifications of tolls used. And especially since Hurricane Harvey it's been even worse then ever! After emailing CS a few times and then receiving updates every now and then I just decided to close my account. I don't like to keep refilling it and still not knowing and guessing what funds are available/used.

At first I really enjoyed the app but now the app is not updating my total after passing a toll .

I just purchased this tag. I downloaded the app and activated the card. I used the toll rd and there are no transactions posted to the app. I called customer service and the rep said it can take a few days or a few weeks for the transactions to post to the app. So how am i supposed to know if the bancpass is even working? Just wait for days to see if I get any toll violations? I feel like I just wasted my money.

I have been trying to get a accurate balance for 2 weeks now I thought if I add more money it would update.... NOPE! I texted balance and it gave me the balance that I see one the app which is not accurate. So they charge you for a balance the k and yet it's the wrong total I feel like this bancpass is apart of getting you into the toll court to pay more fees on top of the toll prices smh I'm so not ok with this!!!!

I purchased this cash ez tag system right when they released it in Houston. I'm happy with the new update, saving the credit card/debit option. When you're running low, just press a few buttons to reload. They do give a chance to reload if you have gone over your balance. I've never gotten a violation. Also, it provides the scan code when you need to reload at CVS for cash reload option. I'd rather pay the $2 fee with a larger reload amount(debit card, & cash option), than deal with high interest on a credit card. Other notes: I recommend for someone who doesn't need the tag for daily use, but just to use it for convenience (high traffic, road closure, faster time).

It's sucks used to work perfectly giving notifications within an hour now it doesn't give any transactions you get totally lost not knowing if it pay the toll or not and not having control of your balance

The app has stopped working for multiple days at a time. Send emails and still no response. Its horrible

Bought this from my local grocery store cause it I thought it was the same price as the eztag store and didn't know there was a difference but this has a $2 fee everytime you reload kills the deal. Cheaper to get it from the local eztag store that doesn't charge you everytime for adding money on it.

I cancelled/closed my acct in April-19-2017 on June-26-17 they took funds from my bank acct... totally Wrongfully done !

After the new update was made the app will not let me add a credit card to my wallet or reload my account with a credit card. The page continues to say enter account and no save button anywhere on the screen. I have attempted multiple times and in different days.

Pretty easy to use, I'm a little on the app illiterate side.
