BancorpSouth Mobile

When I start the app it just hangs on a black screen. To use the app I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it. It will work for an hour or so and then it goes black screen again. You guys have to push an update for the app because mobile banking is a must for me. I have an S7 edge.

Since I updated this app, all I get is a black screen. Please fix this! I need to be able to keep track of spending between my husband and me. As of right now this app is useless.

You can only view balance and transactions. Navigation menu error pops up before signing in. I depend on the app. Lot of bugs to work out

App used to work okay with limited functionality. Now just gives a splash screen then goes black! Forever frustrating. Work out all the bugs before releasing any updates.

I can't log on to the full site. This is the only reason I still use this to check my account. None of the features work, no details in the transaction list. I wish I could give it negative stars.

I loved this app when it was on iPhone. Hate it on android. Always freezes or kicks me off and super SLOW!!

I think the app is great. However, it seems like more often than not, whenever I try to log in, it keeps saying a system error occurred and tells me to try again or call customer service, which by the way, isn't available 24/7. And that in itself is inconvenient, being as some of us(this guy right here) work at night. I'm not sure if it's because they're updating the app, but it doesn't need updated. It's fine the way it is if people would just leave it alone and stop messing with it.

Love this app never had a problem with it until now.. it is blacking out and not doing anything... fix the problem!

This app is useful when it works. So what I'm trying to say is this app is useless.

This app is great if you only need to check your balances everything else just seems kind of clunky it needs to be updated. While I like banking with BancorpSouth other banks that I did not like at least had better mobile and online functions

Hand's down i'm always able to log in without any problems. Highly recommended..A excellant job on this app, for me it's a "gotta have' thank you for creating such an easy & trustful banking mobile app for all of my bankcorpsouth needs!

App used to work fine, now it's just a black screen. Re-installed and it just wants me to call a help number.

I have to use only on IOS because they won't fix their broken Android version.

The new update has broken all features except looking at account balances.

Program works but has an error message before accessing the sign in.

Just downloaded app. Logged in and had me add a pin and then went to a black screen. Saw other reviews from July saying this. You think it would be fixed by now but it's not.

Works, but named stupidly - apps that start with "My" are always idiotic. Always asks for verification questions and will lock your account if you mistyped the answer. Mobile check deposits don't work. Generally poor app with minimal utility.

I decided to try it instead of always going to the website to check. It gets to the 4 number code and then the screen goes black. So far, not impressed. Please fix this!!!!

Downloaded the app, logged in, got past setting a pin, and then it just went to a black screen. Would not do anything for else. Grrr!

Latest app version doesn't even have a log out option. Should have stuck with the previous version.

Doesn't work

This app still uses the old Camera API. Trying to take pictures for a mobile deposit on my Nexus 5X is a hassle and a pain because the old Camera API makes the viewer inverted. Please update.

Uninstall and reinstall, and it works fine

When I touch the account to open it, I have to touch it several times before it will actually open up and the app is very slow.

Use to work fine. Once updated it will no longer let me enter amount for mobile deposit. I've tried reinstalling app twice.

Its an ok app to have if your on wifi. If not, its always an error. I had the same phone and number for years and now outta nowhere I cant access my account

Have to click on accounts several times before it's selected. Very slow. Just bad overall. Horrible app for a horrible bank.

Have to enter amounts 3 times. Has to go to regular keyboard to enter amounts for transfers. Won't let input on numeric keyboard. Please fix

I have the app on my new LGV10 and it opens and let's me view my accounts, but cannot transfer between accounts, or any of the other option that are usually at the top of the app. It worked fine on my S5 but not on my new phone
