God this app sucks! I can't access my tickets, the app keeps asking for permissions like location and screen overlay and won't work without them. The problem is that the MLB app doesn't show up in the settings. I'm using a Galaxy S5 with the Marshmellow OS

Tried to set it up for 20 min then gave up and I'm tech savvy. Basically can't do anything because it doesn't recognize accounts even immediately after I create one. Aka for all kinds of permissions and you can't even see the score of the game, need another app for that.

I could see all of my seasons tickets earlier today when first downloaded the app but now no longer shows any tickets. Not reliable for entry to the park if tickets only available occasionally. Like all other software associated with the mlb, this too is pure garbage.

Latest version no longer has ballpark maps. If you're going to be in, say, section 308, for the first time and want to know ahead of time what food there is in the area, good luck. Also no maps showing where restrooms, ATMs, guest services, etc.

This app is pure garbage. First, having to create two different accounts to get tickets transfered is ridiculous. And when I try to link the two accounts by pressing the ticket account in the app, it crashes. I'm required to use this app to access my tickets, yet I can't use it to access my tickets. If this isn't resolved for me soon, I will be extremely upset.
