About Triple Impact Fat-Burning Plan
This is a small but very effective complex of circuit training, designed for women and men. The circular method of training can effectively burn calories and maintain muscle tone at the same time.
What do we do?
We will be doing push-ups, immediately after turning to squatting, and then immediately to the press. So we have such a range of exercises. After a round of exercises, relax for 60 seconds and go for the second round, then back rest 60 seconds and move on to the third and so on until the fifth round. The fifth round the most insidious, you need to do so many push-ups, squats and press, as you can do. But just remember: exercise technique has to be correct. Once you have done all the circles of the first day, take the day off. You will have a schedule like: Monday - Wednesday - Friday, or Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday.
