Take a 20 question survey anonymously based on a salons education, professionalism and sanitation protocols. This will help other consumers avoid problems while rewarding good salons.

Users can register with an email address and zip code. Zip code will produce a Google listing and a CONSUMER listing.
Before Booking your appointment or getting services from a salon, ask the “5 CALL QUESTIONS” over the telephone to get feedback on how safe a salon is:
Consumers can add a listing using salon name and address and take survey immediately. Next to each question is an information icon ( i ) Click this ( i ) for an explanation of the “highest standards” in nail salon sanitation.

The app and the website suck. It is very difficult to navigate. I never could find the ratings for any of the salons listed. It's a great concept. If only it worked.

now you dont have to wait to find out or tell others where safe salons are.... a Five star rating system tells you where to go....you are in control for your safety before you go...5 simple questions over the phone or 20 after your service lets others know. A big help to anyone who gets pedicures or manicures

Neither the website or this app work. I have tried everything but all this app does is just sit on the first screen with the logo.
