Tasker Now

The intercept feature works well and I'm happy with it. I'm trying to figure out one thing though. The feature to close google now after routing this command seems to continue closing google now on subsequent voice command attempts. Any way to get around this or can it be fixed?

The normal Google now comes up with screen off, but the specified tasker commands don't work, it says "I'm not sure how to help with that."

Is it possible to get it working even when phone is lock ot in sleeping mode?

Needs an action to trigger a voice recognition process on the watch, isolated to just that task. Basically I'm trying to make a parrot to mess with people

It was my go-to before author got greedy. Now he wants me to pay again every month for functionality I already paid for. Never. Use Autovoice, use Shortcuts to avoid extra verbage. It is faster and more customizable anyways. I was already having to use shortcuts with Tasker Now to shut up google before Tasker Now dismissed it anyways. Edit: Pixel XL here, so for us Google Now is not an option, Google Assistant or nothing. Considering I paid for the functionality to work with Google Assistant once, months ago, why would I pay it again every month after it was disabled in what I already pay for, when I can use a competing utility I already own? Suit yourselves but I'm not buying into the subscription model for this or any other app. And I'm a developer, so I understand the economics of it. Edit: fair enough, a refund would be fine

would be awesome if statement to be matched can be more than one, so i don't have to create more profiles in tasker..thanks.

For some reason I can't download the latest version of the app. It keeps giving me a 505 error code.

This is the one and only app that allows for offline Android Wear voice recognition. Thank you!! How did you mange to program that???

I use this app to match spoken task like 'turn the lights on' ,which is used to send a webrequest go an ESP8266. Extremely awesome and affordable!

Really great app. Only downside is that written commands are not intercepted on my device.

Doesn't seem to work with Google Assistant

This is an amazing app. Many solid, stable Tasker plugins are avail, but unfortunately, im using a problematic combination of older Samsung Note 3 phone and newest Lollipop OS. This causes an environment that refuses to cooperate with many fine Tasker plugins. Enter Tasker Now. This program achieves its user's goals correctly and consistently where other plugins struggle or outright fail. The use and gui are easy and intuitive, allowing for more and more advanced options the deeper you delve into the program. Customer support is absolutely incredible. Pro upgrade was the best $1.08 ive recently spent, and is unbelievably inexpensive given the scope and possibilities of this app. Any fan of Tasker, especially ones struggling with the difficulties of older Samsungs, owe it to themselves to experience the fun of expanding custom control of your smartphone with this app.

Is it possible to intercept voice commands from in-navigation voice control ? Works perfect but tasker now is supposed to be used mostly during car mode. And in car mode mostly navigation is running. In navigation when you talk to google, it is triggers in-navigation voice control, which renders this app useless when most needed. Will add 5 stars when it starts working in-navigaton.

Anyway to back out of the Google search once tasker now has triggered an event? No matter what I do in tasker it wrought back out or even kill it.

I activate Google Now with the Bluetooth button. When the screen is on everything works perfectly. When I press the button with the screen off Google Now launches but the plugin doesn't intercept anything. Any suggestions?

The first notification works, then after that, the pebble time does not see any notifications. It seems pebble time ignores identical notifications - maybe add a feature that puts a timestamp on the notification. If this is fixed, gets 5 stars.

I can't even get a good idea of whether or not the app works because the dev decided you can only match 4 or less characters unless you pay him. Garbage. Uninstalled.

After opening the app, I'm told I must enable the apps capabilities by turning it on in the Accessibility section in my phone settings. However, I'm unable to select "OK" on the pop-up menu that comes up after enabling the service. I use a Galaxy Note Edge. Looks like I must purchase the real Tasker

Awesome app. I moved from my Note 4 to Nexus 6P and works great with tasker. 5* support from the developer too.

On 6.0, is it supposed to force close every time I try to launch it?

Works perfectly where others have failed! I do wish it was simpler with Wear, but I understand it just isn't that simple. Thanks Marco!

Got auto voice now instead and this works
