MeteoTask for Android
Has limited usefulness without being able to refresh the data from Tasker. I understand the need for rate limiting. It should be possible to turn off auto refresh and then trigger a refresh and get fresh weather details in tasker as long as the last refresh was 3+ hours ago. Right now there is NO WAY to get fresh details. You're perpetually dealing with stale info (up to 3 hours old) even if your task runs infrequently.
Great in principle, but running a "Get current weather" action in Tasker doesn't actually get the current weather; it just sets the local variables to the old data. You can refresh manually in the MeteoTask app, or automatically every 3 to 12 hours. Apparently this is a limitation of the web service used, but unfortunately, that means things like cloud coverage can up to 3 hours outdated. If that is OK with you, this app should work fine.
I really like the plugin except for one thing. When I set it to give me the snow fall in the last 3 hours, it just reads the variable "%mtsnow3h". Same for rainfall.
Nice idea and it works. Thank you for quick fix. I wish 6 stars rating was available here.
I get "internal error" when trying to get a forecast.
It's it possible to round the weather to two digits when it is read aloud?
I would focus on developing this app. The only alternative is in alpha testing. If it works well, ill buy the pro
Ok fixed

Well made app, simple, but works as described, and seems to integrate well with Tasker, but fails to mention (that I can see) that there is a limit to how many times you can request updates in 24 hours. Reading the comments I understand the developer's reasons, but I shouldn't have to sort through comments to find information like that in my opinion. Because this is used with Tasker, I feel that is an important piece of information to share in the play store listing, before people spend money on the in app purchase (as I did).
