Useless app, even not showing singapore in option

Can't place an order. When setting the pickup time, I continually get an error that states "please set pickup time during store hours." When the time is clearly within store hours. Can't even browse the menu. Buggy, buggy, buggy.

Does not let me choose a location or online order. If I wanted a location I would just Google it. Pointless unless changed.

Apparently none of their locations are open at 2pm. Weird.

Can't customize much. Takes longer than promised to get to the order to the store

Freezes evertime.

Won't take card

The app won't even allow me to look at the menu because I can't get past the pickup time selection without an error message. The description of the last update says they fixed some kind of pickup time issue. Apparently not all of them.

App/Content hasn't been updated in TWO YEARS! And they wonder why Chipolte takes all their business!

Ran 3 cards, all of them bounced back for various reasons. None of them should have bounced back. Some of the menu is not available through the app. Needs a section where you can leave custom comments. Love the food, hate this app. Ended up calling my order in because the app wouldn't process my payment.

Seems like it may be a decent app, but neither of my 2 locations near me are on the list. Unfortunately I must uninstall.

I was willing to over look the fact that the app doesn't allow for order modifications, like extra cheese, but it also won't accept my card for payment.

App is terrible. Much easier to just call. Don't waste your time.

No food items load will be uninstalling this. Terrible waste of memory

I downloaded the app, registered, and tried to place an order and the menus never appeared. I clicked on each menu item grouping and nothing. I closed out of it went back in, same thing. Uninstalled.

It's ok... still needs work.

much too basic. doesn't even have the shrimp lime avacado salad i usually order and cannot customize set plates, such as a 3 taco plate with 1 each of different tacos.

Would use, but I can't order the specials from the app. ie grilled chicken soft tacos

I'm sure this application would be very efficient and very wise considering how smooth you can order on it the only issue is they need to fix the Thousand Oaks shop on Moorpark Road in California it is non existent in the options of locations. Let's update the store or fix the app please

Ok, 5 months later it is still not worth using unless you want something very basic like a burrito. Still doesn't have the full menu, still doesn't allow variation in the combos anf still has issued with specifying modifications

We like to go here for Date night, plus they know us. Love their food!!

One day I forgot my wallet at home, but I was so hungry at work. Since there is a Baja Fresh across the street, I downloaded this app to try and online order. It worked great! I was able to pay online and pick up my food, earlier than the time they quoted, and I didn't go hungry that evening.

Ordered a burrito just to see if the app had been improved. Didn't get an email until after I picked up my order, but it was ready when I walked in. Now the stores need to advertise the app.

Galaxy Note 2, Verizon, Android 4.4 This thing crashed constantly, usually just as I was laboriously finishing an order. Of course the whole order was lost. Also the method of adding different types of food items to an order is much more cumbersome than it needs to be. In my case alone, this has cost Baja 3 large orders.

This has worked great for me... The menu is good enough for most customizing options. I get a confirmation email right after I order, walk into the store 10-15 mins later, walk right past the line and grab my food. Pretty soon we'll all be ordering like this at every restaurant.

I could not switch my order to delivery even though my location delivers. I had to call. Also there are no descriptions for the diffrent kind of burritos. What is what and which is which?

The menu doesn't load. Defeats the purpose of the app

It assigned a time when I ordered Then it said no. I figured out that it took me too long to order. But I had to start all over again. Why would someone program an app where time is the first question and then you can't change your mind. 15 minutes later I complete my order. I never got a confirm and restaurant never got my order. A total waste of time. I could have ordered something from Mexico easier.

You don't know if you're pressing submit or if you're adding more items to your order because the green buttons that take you to your next step have no words on them.

Both Baja fresh restaurants I visit aren't apart of this application. No use to me...
