Bagger Dave's for Android
Been in my local store 4 times and have yet to get an award point.
We have been there twice and have spent close to $100 and still have no points. Dont need the app if you're not going to accumualte points for rewards.
Being to bagger Daves since Christmas at least 10 times, still no points show! Me & wife go there alot so we thought this app was a good idea. To bad it NEVER WORKED! Fix your app! Side note: bagger Daves does not run this app, according to management at restaurant, it is run by third party.
Points are not showing. This is the ONLY reason I downloaded the app. Let's see what happens when I try eating there and ask for my point total. I just downloaded the newest version (11/30/15) and it still doesn't work. I tried emailing the developer in the response and that bounced back.
Downloaded the app, and signed up today during our first visit to Bagger Dave's, but did not get the points or the free appetizer for next visit. The waitress told us to enter a code from the receipt, but it didn't work.
Signed up 2 months ago and never accumulate any reward points despite visiting several times.
Forced to download new app, took away my free appetizer. What a terrible rewards program.
I went several times and none of my points or visits were put into the system. Never got my free appetizer, never got my birthday meal, thumbs down. EDIT: tried to email them at the email provided here... email was returned. Thumbs down twice.
Cant create an account
Also still apparently useless for the Fresh Rewards Program. I see no way to register your visit unless it is done when you pay using the app (or maybe order online?). This new app does seem more stable than the old one, but I will be uninstalling until they get those two features fixed.
Love the different varieties and options. Good staff and good atmosphere for family.

I go to Bagger Dave's all the time. I tell my waiter/waitress that I have a rewards account and write down my phone number. I NEVER get rewards added to my account according to this app or their website. I have been there roughly 6 times in the past 3 months and still nothing. After emailing customer service they have told me they fixed my account by kick starting it. I recommend you all do the same. Until the app works for me, it gets 1 star.
