Created login on computer. App just says "error". Weirdly enough, can login if I go to website on computer, however app doesn't work. Useless. Get 404 API Error. Please explain. Otherwise, completely useless.

I tried to install the app on three different devices but no luck. when I tried to register on my smart phone I entered the zip code and account number but then nothing happened no matter what I tried. I think the app still needs some work. I would like to use it if I could.

The Hourly graph sometimes takes several days to update, even with hitting the refresh button numerous times. Also, there doesn't appear to be an easy way to exit the app. I have to force kill the app to get out. Otherwise, it's been nice to keep an eye on things.

This is such a great tool to check out my water usage. I used to just get a bill once every three months and hoping I didn't have a leak somewhere or used too much water and this app just made things so much easier!

Two of the three charts are not updating. "Usage trend" does not update at all and "recent usage" doesn't update the left box.

Would like to use it but can't register. Every time I put in my account # as it is on my bill it says no account found. I live in manufactured home park my water meter was recently updated. This would be a useful app if I could register.
