Best app ever for people that own chickens for pets. Love love love this app

I created an account on the website, I wanted to post pics and after one pic it won't upload anymore. I was directed to the app and it says my username and password is incorrect...I am so frustrated. There is a disconnect somewhere, please fix. ~~update: it's not my log in, I can get in just fine through the website. It recognizes my user name and password just fine. The app still doesn't.

Browser says I'm logged in. But in the app, it says the username/email and password don't match. I hate to be so negative, but I'm upset. I would like to be able to open the app, instead of going to the browser everytime. Fix this glitch and I will give you 5 stars. Is this a common glitch?

A very good and important

I love this app. It's easy to navigate. Notifications are the bomb. Friendly and helpful online community. Lots of contests. I would pay for an ad-free version if/when they offer it. Kudos to the designers and developers for a well rounded, high-quality stable app.

Ap is glitchy and freezes up alot I'd rather just use my browser

I love Byc and having it on mobile is awesome but it wont let let me post photos. Please fix it would be greatly appreciated. But amazing app!

I absolutely adore byc which is why I find it sooo frustrating that whenever I want to post a picture,it always crashes when I press the " upload from device" button thingy and sends me a notification that it has crashed and I can either report or cancel!!! Please fix im getting desperate my queries are overloading!!!!

I've had update notifications almost daily since installing this app. ...Thanks for responding.

First time out I had problems that have been fixed. Now it is very friendly and easy to use. There does seem to be an issue of notifications that have already been read and closed on the website not being removed from the notifications list on my phone. But otherwise it is really handy and has a very low learning curve. UPDATED 8-27-2015 -- There was an update today to 6.0.44 and now the only way to exit the app on my phone is by opening recently opened apps and closing it there. There is no ability to back out beyond the home screen. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android 5.0

Very informative and great for first time hen owners

I use this website daily then when i found the app i found it was easier than to log on everytime. The app is just as good but one thing. I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and i can not upload photos.PLEASE FIX THEN I WILL GIVE 5 STARS

This app doesn't even open. I was going to try this app because I can't post photos anywhere on the site and thought this would help. Guess not...

This beats using the website on my phone in ways that can't be measured

Backyard Chickens has a nice lean app that works well with my Samsung tablet.

I've really learned a ton of great info from this site in the 9 months I've had my backyard coup and run. Love my chickens.

If you love chickens this is the place to be.

Is anyone else having issues. Getting out of the app on your phone or tablet. It won't let you close it after your done. I have to completely shut my phone or tablet down and restart. This is cheap

This app is so helpful for a noob at chickens

a few things thought can not upload photos through phone, I can not move it to my sd card and my phone does not hold much storage, there are no notifications which is ok I'm more concerned about the uploading and storage space

I was really disappointed when I installed this and realized it's literally just the mobile version of the website! Nothing about this is the app we Android users have been asking for. Where are the alerts/notifications for new messages or replies to our forum posts? Until this app is more than a downloadable version of the useless mobile webpage I'm uninstalling.

I love this site & this app!!!

I have really wanted a byc app for awhile now and it was finally done! Really cool app, my only wish is that it would let you like "tag " a member you follow and send an alert to your phone when they are on. That would be awesome. Then I wouldn't miss when people are on. My other request is that when you get a notification or pm that it would alert your phone as well, of corse you could turn off the setting as needed. Thanks!
