Using Note 4, android 5.0.1. I have over 16000 sms and mms combined. Have tried all popular apps and none of them were able to create a complete backup without loses or bugs and then restore it all. P.S. guys you should definitely purchase desktop app to keep it all safe on your PC. It worth every penny if you really care for your data ;-) With the desktop app you can view, read and delete msgs. Thank you for the app a lot!

I was trying to find out a way to transfer my text messages from my old Android phone (Xperia Z1Compact) to my new one (OnePlus One). It wasn't straight transfer, but it did the job. I installed the app on both of the devices and Exported the text on the old one, transfer the file via Bluetooth to the new device, put it in the same folder and just Imported it on the new phone! I tried with many other so called alternatives, this one did a great job!

Made it easy to copy old messages onto my new phone and I was able to keep the database file on my laptop as a backup. UX could have been a bit better though.

My phone does not have a San disk and I thought my cloud saved everything. Wrong. This program was easy to download and use. My pics and texts were all recovered.

It does exactly what it says... Backups your sms messages and restores your sms messages. I didn't get any errors or problems with a couple of thousand messages. I was going from my Android phone right back into my Android phone.

Transfers SMS from iPhone to Android increments of 500 then crashes, requires phone and desktop application restart, reestablishment of connection between phone and computer (or source smartphone) and then re-starting of transfer proces...but it works... For $20 software I'd expect something that actually works properly
