About RYL - Record Your Life project
The app works in the background, recording everything, always. But does not save.
You can press a button to save the past 2/15/60 minutes.

Recordings are stored locally, and only locally on the device in the "RYL Safe".
Features:
• Battery use: the app was built to use as minimum resources as possible and so is the result (measurement show less than 3% battery consumption for a full work day).
• Storage: using an advanced audio compression we are able to keep a high-quality audio at a small size (full week of recordings weights about 300MB).
• The app launches automatically at startup (after the phone was turned off)- no configuration required, for a real "always recording experience".
• Delete mode: Allows you to go back, hear and delete unwanted records of your history.
• Calls recordings: easy access to all of your calls records (2-way call recording is not allowed on all devices)
• Calendar Meetings Sync and Listen Later: In a press of a button access the recordings of all of your calendar meetings, hear and share with the participants.
Paid vs Free:
On the free subscription, you can go back and hear your last 7 days events for a limited time and for a limited amount of times. In the paid subscription this access is unlimited.
Main Privacy Features:
• No need of internet connection
• Does not upload the recordings nor any part of them.
• Does not allow other apps, such Facebook/Google/Amazon Alexa, to use your mic, without your preapproval.
• All of the recordings are stored locally and deleted after 7 days, permanently. (except the saved ones)

This app is amazing!!! Just let it run all day. Then go back in time and relive moments of the day you forgot about. Or go back in time and recover that important conversation. Cool Cool Cool. Also, the support staff will assist you immediately via e-mail if you have any questions.

Ui needs rework. Guess work all over, and can't really try it if not paying. Otherwise strange behavior, clashing with other spyware as Shazam etc. Huawei P10 Android 7.0

Recording works very well. Call is not recorded well. Its record only my voice and not the other side. If you fix that , you will make me happy .

so I had the app on at work. At one point I received a message. after I checked it my display was left on. My boss then passed by and saw 'recording' on the screen. He asked me what and why I'm recording. I told him its a new app and its just for fun but still... awkward moment. Too risky for me. no thanks.

Very nice idea but the quality is very low... And there's a bug preventing from Shazam and other apps to use the microphone.
