Absolutely terrible for such a big brand. Very dissapointed. We paid AU250 for this baby monitor, and the app for remote view is just totally crap. Drops out, takes several times to connect, and only allows pan, scan and volume. No options for speaking to your baby like other apps, no options to turn on a lullaby. Considering returning the unit for another brand

Absolute crap! Bought this monitor brand new and has bad service. Then the app is dodgy! Can't connect through the wifi, spoke to 2 people at uniden who couldnt help me! Absolute waste of money.

App crashes heaps when scrolling through help pictures. Pictures are not helpful. And some don't even load! FYI, you need the App Dock in order to use this app! But did Uniden tell me that? No, I had to find out online.

Totally useless App/Monitor...! Connection intermittently won't connect when my data/wifi in coverage... I wish I can return this product back & never use Uniden again. This app, not user friendly at all...!

Its works well. Bit of a delay. Just make sure when you're initially connecting to wifi that the camera and monitor are off otherwise you won't be able to connect. Once you're online you can use it all :) don't forget there is a universal password which is located in the book with the wifi set up instructions, and you need to change it once connected
