I just get a black screen on my galaxy S6 edge. No good.

App doesn't work on my android device. All I get is a black screen.

Have used it for about three months, no problems works great. Read the instructions, make sure your didn't accidently turn off the wifi connect from the base and you'll be fine. We love it!

Won't connect.

Bought this today.. set it up, played around with it all day.. couldn't wait for bed time... what happened next... the whole thing shuts down. Sound, camera, everything. Freaked my kids out. So I am left with no sound no picture and sad kids. Thanks a lot TM Baby

Everytime i try to connect to it it disconnects like 2 minutes later! My baby hurt herself and i didnt see it because it disconnected! Horrible!

Screen stays black when I'm connected

Basically. I went in thinking this would be simple set up. Not really. But ever since set up I've had no problems. Www keeps connecting to the baby monitor but that's simple to switch over. Honestly. Don't know what people's problem with this is. It's rang is perfect. Sounds ace looks sharp. :)

It worked awesome at first but now the sound buttons won't work unless it's through the app. I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app every time I use it. It also won't stay on the direct connect so I have to disconnect from my WiFi and connect directly through the TMbaby network. I wish we hadn't bought this.

It works fine but the setup is not intuitive. You first need to do a direct connection to the ssid wifi of the unit and after that launch the app (it works). If you don't do that the app is just a blank black screen...

I finally got it to work after direct connecting and then connecting to my wifi, then when I exit it out and it's "listening " it says signal is weak and closes so your baby is left unheard all night while you're sleeping. You have to reset it over and over again. When it works it's great, but I'd say the past week I figured out how to use it, I've only had about 4 hours worth of it actually working. Not to mention draining your WiFi signal so you can barely use anything else. Need some major work.

The music works but I didn't intend on buying a fancy white noise maker, I got this with the intention of watching after two toddlers. I am positively furious.

Just like most of these other reviews,this is an AWESOME product, when it works. Ive been using it for 2 months now and off and on I will have difficulty staying connected to the device. I spend more sleepless nights messing with the phone or tablet trying to get it back online than I do actually sleeping. This hasn't life easier with a baby, it has made it harder. First of all, if you disconnect from the device, all the lights and sounds stop and the poor baby's sleep can be interrupted but the blinking light. The only way to reset this thing is to physically go and unplug it. Sleeping babies are WORSE than landmines, and you want me to tiptoe inthere 4-5 times till ot actually works only to find out 5 hours later it shutoff while you were sleeping. I am going to buy cheap walkie talkie monitors tomorrow. This product is junk.

Getting this monitor to stay connected is impossible. It says it's my WIFI connect but I know that's not true because all of my other devices work just fine. It has a lot of great features when I can get it to connect.

Keeps shutting down, can't rely on monitoring baby. Looking to return unit, useless!

Loved this initally, but the video streaming has stopped and reinstalling and going through setup process hasn't helped. Additionally, it has repeatedly shut off on its own while I am sleeping leaving me with no knowledge that my little one was screaming. Went back to our old moniter.

On the Samsung galaxy tab. Switched out to new unit because the first failed to work fully. The camera nightlight and sound Fail all the time. Poor QA. Poor support. Waiting for AM to call support again to give them ultimatum. Nice features but useless without control.
