I paid for the subscription but after 2 months of working great, it now doesn't recognize my subscription and won't play, and freezes frequently. It's disappointing because my 11 month old son loved it in the car.

My daughter loves Baby First so I signed up for a subscription to be able to access all content. Now it won't work at all. Had no problem taking my money but now when I try to use the app it just pops up telling me to subscribe. We haven't been able to use the app in weeks now. >:(

I got the app for a one week trial. My daughter likes to sing a long to the classic baby first TV songs especially the "I love my pet song" but it is the one that is not there!! I can't believe it. You can't scroll too to choose a song. You basically have to wait if it streams. We have listened to the other songs over and over but our favorite song didn't pop up. So disappointed.

The only free things are lullabies and classic songs. What if my daughter wanted to listen to stories.? You're really gonna charge money for a baby app when a games like angry birds and pokemon go are free? No thank you.

Like many other reviews for this, the app will not recognize my subscription so it really defeats the purpose of using it as it won't keep playing to even keep my child's attention. Needs to be fixed. I have now unsubscribed and removed the app from my phone.
