Very buggy, app drops / loses connection way too often! This app is supposed to help you monitor your loved one when you aren't around, but how successful can you be if the app keeps dropping? Very frustrating! And as other posters have said, this was an expensive purchase for something that works way less than half the time!

Had some issues with disconnections, but turns out that had more to do with interference on the 2.4ghz band. There is s bug where pinch zoom isn't working, but they said they'd be working on it. Speaking of they, their support was fast and so helpful!

Why does my tablet randomly download spam apps and launch them when I am trying to watch my child. Absolutely horrible device and app. Will not recommend.

Works great for local connection. Remote login needs serious work. It only worked the first 2 day i had it.

Disconnects too much

Very buggy, constantly disconnects. Most times cannot connect more than one device. Once finally connected the video feed even on Wi-Fi is very jerky. The recent update did nothing positive, please fix the problems....the device itself was way too expensive for this type of performance.

Terrible Monitor! Parents Beware! We have to take ours back today. The app is constantly loosing connection on all 3 of the devices we tried it on, the included (garbage) tablet, my phone, and my husbands phone. I woke up to hearing my son crying last night from the other room, glanced at the monitor, and there was a stupid pop up that had interrupted the monitor feed. Thank goodness for my new mom ears. Ive counted over a DOZEN drops in signal in the last hour. It really is just a horrible and unreliable monitor and app. If you care about your child's safety, DO NOT BUY! The video and sound quality is good when its actually functioning, but it's so unreliable and there are other competitors with equally quality cameras. Oh, and don't try to use the mic function, its so garbled and static filled it scared my son. Id just absolutely not recommend this overpriced piece of junk product and app to any responsible parent.

Never works. I don't have microphone icon. Always humming in background. Alert option doesn't show.

It constantly disconnects. The app is horrible. Don't buy this.
