Babolat PLAY

I have to connect my Pure Aero through bluetooth cause app don't see the racquet, and it will only connect at second try, so you need to waste 40 sec just to connect racquet. Also, the app itself has a lot of loading between stats, what waste your time even more.

Excellent app that accurately records my tennis sessions. I like the service speed feature and spin count, but the racquet strike position is the best.

Really buggy software. Had initial bluetooth pairing issues.. simply just kept hitting sync OVER and OVER for about 7 times and it finally paired. Havent had a chance to play with it yet, but you can tell the programming on this app is fairly amateur.

It used to work great with my S5, and the previous version of this app. Ever since I changed to the Samsung S7 and installed the new version of this app, it is hit and miss. Sometimes it syncs at first try, other times it takes as long as 30mins to get it to sync, with multiple turn on/off cycles

2 years passed. 2 feedbacks through support page and no progress. Racquet gathers a lot of data but there is no way to present that data over time. Examples? Here you go: topspin over time for forward backhand serve. The same for backspin. More analysis for a session. Information about maximum power and average is not enough. And it's not connected to spin in any way. So graphic analysis how for example forehand power is related with spin. Is there a trade off? Average power is NOT enough.

Cant connect every time log in. It said " error when trying to connect. Please try later". Poor app

Does not work after the update. LOGIN FAILED. How the hell you realise a version without work. Fix it immediately.

Hi guys..the app keeps throwing error while logging in. I am able to login through the browser just fine so no password issues. Please help.

Poor quality app, takes a dozen plus attempts before you can connect the racket and see the data. The presentation is high on flash, very weak on details. Way behind what Sony offers. I tested both side by side. Sony connects no problem and has live mode, this seems like years behind in capability, if you even have the patience to get it work at all.

I already have a Babolat account but every time I try to sign in with my account claims that my account does not exist and to register a new account

Having mph on serve is useful and seems accurate while, oddly, technique jumped to higher percentage while power and endurance reduced significantly compared to 2 year 80,000+ swing history.

I have an Android and recently downloaded the app and it won't even let me sign up. I've tried through facebook, I've tried without facebook, and still nothing. I just got the racket and I'm so excited to use it but I can't even set up the app!

Could not qualify sessions for last 2 months. Today I reinstalled it and lost my data. Just can't believe that they release app without any testing.

Latest version suddenly can't sync. I reinstalled and now can't log on. Racquet stats can't be updated. Useless until this is fixed.

There's a big problem with Android version where i can't login by facebook and data can't be synchornized. Please fix it asap

Finally working.. it's been frustrating.. but since it's working now.. here you go..

It is crazy that it take so much time to fix these issues that should never happen in first place. Before releasing a new version you should test it properly

What a crap! Not able to synchronize. Tried it with Samsung Galaxy S4 and with Galaxy Tab. ALL NOT WORKING. NOW I GOT ANOTHER PLAYER AND CANNOT GET OUT OF THIS. HORRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE.

I Just can't login.

The app itself works (only just) and then when you try to pair it won't get past 10% and then it just stops. Pretty bad because this is necessary to use the racket.

I have a Note 4 and have not been able to use the Babolat Play app since I received the lollipop update in early March. The app continues to score poorly with only an automated response to those who have provided feedback. If you know the issue, why can't it be fixed? I have now lost 4 matches from trying to use the Android app which is very dissappointing. Please fix the issue as it is very inconvenient to have to plug into a PC to record my matches.

6 th update for lollipop and it still does not work. What a joke. I havent been able to use my racquet once. Huge waste of money. F@*$! Babolat!

Just bought my first play racquet to you with the app and the app doesn't even work. Just crashes when I try to open it. Will be returning my racquet for a regular babolat.

Totally unusable app. 100% of time crashes at start. What else I can say? I really like the babolat play racket and the other software but this app is just piece of crap. Please fix it. Can't be that hard.

After the latest app update, the raquet is not accurate anymore, I play for 20 minutes serving and it tells me that I've done hundreds of forehands and backhands.

Just saw the ad on this app from Rafael Nadal so I downloaded it hoping to see what it's all about and use it while coaching as well as to improve my game however the app doesn't open and when it does open simply closes immediately after opening. Tennis math seems to be the better app. Galaxy s6 edge

Like everyone else mentioned, app is unusable.

The App crashes constantly on my samsung galaxy s6 edge, However, after some trial and error I found that if I disable Wifi and Mobile Data then start the app and once i can see the pulse then enable them back everything works fine. It seems like its an issue with the initial login that causes it to crash... perhaps?

So even after the last update, it still does not work with lollipop. It says it was updated to fix the issue, but it still crashes upon opening. HTC One M9.

So far I've got this to sync with my racket every time so that isn't a problem for me. What is a problem is the inaccurate data, the lack of options and features, and the lack of any instruction on how to improve your tennis. The whole selling point of this is that it's meant to improve your game but then it gives no actual help to do it

I don't really know how to install my racquet. Do you need something that connects to your racquet or something??
