Learn Norwegian with Babbel

Great for learning a new language!

The app is good. However it moves on very quickly in some places and it would be great to get more time to read through once they correct you and also get a chance to have them repeat it so you can listen over and over. Also would be useful to be able to go back on some steps as repetition is a good way to learn but you have the do the whole module again. It would be great if there was some advice on how to use the app, do you start with a lesson or vocab or another section, there is so much information it is hard to know what is the best order to work through it in.

Nice app, would be nice to be able to go one step back, because I like to hear the pronunciation many times to get acquainted. At first I couldn't find a keyboard, but I found out you can hold the desired key and the alternatives pop up above so you can select öäå. Thanks for your service, I really enjoy it :)

Would be OK if I had the proper keyboard please put a Norwegian keyboard on its really annoying im getting words right but since its not the right keyboard apparently its wrong so unless this is fixed by time I next pay I wont pay!!!

They said if you cancel between 15 day they give you your money back. After 5 day I asking where is my refound?

Two months in and I already can read an write the language. It's great!

Easy to use and practical

I decided to try learning a language as I have time free and it may come in useful if I travel. I am finding the speech recognition a little annoying as even when I said the phrase right on the Danish it said I was wrong. I seem to be getting on better with Norwegian though but my accent in English may be some of the bother. I am enjoying it and like that it is broken into pieces so you can pick up as and when you can or like.

Really good. You end up taking more in that you realise.

I had a subscription before on web but its a bit weird that I can't access the course finished here on android app, only when i pay. But why i can access my old courses through browse?

Parfait pour debuter de zéro la langue ou pour la re-apprendre. Cependant tout les cours interessant ne sont qu'accessible que si l'on mets l'interface en anglais , dommage mais on s'en sort aisément avec un niveau anglais B2 (ou bac +1 à peu près)

When learning new words/phrases, it would be useful to have a rewind option to listen to the new material again. Other than that, it's great.

Love this app! I use it several times a day, every day & it is amazing. I love everything about it & have learned so much beyond the foundation I had. Nice to be able to confidently speak with all my Norwegian friends, especially when in Norway! And for the users who are mad about having to pay, this is an app for part of a language PROGRAM, like Rosetta Stone. Only a sample is free. If you want access to all the features you do have to buy it, but it is definitely worth the money.

Just subscribed but doesn't let me use it. Has "get access" button which takes me to the subscription page again. When I do that, it says I have already subscribed. Complete waste of money.

Gives me access to languages I never thought of learning and in a really useful format, although it's useful that my Mrs speaks Norwegian and Swedish already to practice!

It's very good apps for learning new languages. You can practice any where. It's addictive and fun!

My fav singers r Norwegian so now I can understand them I love this app

The program is excellent, but is inadmissible that you can do just one chapter free. If you don't wanna pay, it's very unuseful.

Listed as free. You barely get to try before they want your money. Pathetic.

I liked it a lot but you have to pay and i don't have money but i need to learn norwegian and I thought that this app would help me but nah :( .Please remove the paying,cus i wanna continue learning the other steps.

All the worst memories of school language lessons. Maybe I can learn enough from other routes to use some of these tests before the subscription runs out. Very nearly put me off learning a language at all..so demoralizing

I like to usr babbel when I'm sitting around waiting. It occupies my mind and helps me retain what i have been taught from my teacher and reinforces book learning. I would reccomend reading a language book to fully understand why the language. This is great on the go.

Dommage que ce soit limité à des listes de vocabulaire en français. Heureusement que je parle anglais pour avoir la totalité des cours !
