Learn Italian with Babbel for Android
So far so good I've started a week ago and I like the gentle reminders to practice and everything works just fine. I've even been able to use it on my phone as well as on my tablet and to transfer progress from one to the other which I think ist great. I've had a couple of occasions when it would not recognise my pronounciation, but then after a few tries, you can skip it, I haven't had to do it often.
I have had for two years. I still can't use voice on mobile platforms. You also eliminated the community feature for a more improved learning experience. Where the improvements? The italian has been exactly the same for two years. Am I wrong? I feel that my monthly payments are a donation.
At lesson 5 on my cellphone, the same lesson appears again and again. It is about "essere is irregular verb". I rebooted and cleared cash data, but it didn't fixed. Please help. I already paid for 3months subscription.
Beginner in Italian, and this so far seems like a very valuable resource.. Particularly in the way it simulates social situations
I install this app each time I get a new phone. It is easy to use and information about not only the weather, but the hourly info is my favorite for determining what to wear or if it is a good beach day. The pollen count is also very helpful. There is so much info this app has to offer. I highly recommend this app.
I have tried several times to learn Italian and this time has been a good experience. I am enjoying it.
I'm sure this is a great app, but it only tought me 4 words before I had to start paying
It says free but you need a paid subscription to go beyond lesson 1
Great application. I started from scratch and I was able to pass the B1 official Italian exam. If you're constant you can really learn a new language.
Fantastic. In depth explanations of grammar and new words. Well worth it over similar free apps!
Great app. Intuitive with easy to do bite sized lessons to do at home, on the bus or in a lunch break. Love it!
I love the picture recognition and repeating phrases. Easy to do a little each day.
Had my fist lesson and love the interactive app. Hope it continues to deliver.
Roba da neonati a pagamento
Fantastic way to learn another language and very addictive like a game.
Great app, but need more tasks with pronouns.
Glad to be back. It's a great way to learn.
Great, works well on my fon
Love it. Learning Italian well with it.
Easy learning on the go.
Only for extreme beginnners
Love it!
Easy to learn
Like the app! Very interactive and content is interesting - helps in learning on the go! But there are some typos, please fix them in the next release. Thanks!
Dont say its free when you have completed the first course, for you to proceed you have to pay. False advertising
How are we expected to type characters that the in app keyboard doesn't give us?
First lesson is free which takes about 5 minutes then have to pay, there are cheaper ways to learn.
Payment required to proceed...not good enough
Oh hell no!!!:(
Grazie per auito...
Easy to learn
I love this app! Thank you!!
Language leaning
18 months ago I knew not a single word of Italian, not even "grazie" or "prego". Using Babbel I have reached the point where I can begin to converse (in person, by text etc) with my Italian girlfriend. Highly recommended.
I really love this app. My Italian has been stuck at a very basic level for years but after daily use of the app (the daily commute on the train is perfect) I can really notice the difference as my vocabulary and comprehension grows. I highly recommend this app to any others wanting to get to grips with a new language.
The free intro is too short, and the subscription is too expensive. Then they spam you with emails and stay lying about 6 months free etc etc. No respect for this!!!!
Great course for Italian. I think it effectively simulates the way children learn languages best in that to some extent you are immersed and pick up the carefully planned changes as phrases repeat (change of tense or pronoun while you're reviewing the same verbs for example). I am moderate at languages, meaning it's frankly a holiday hobby, but this seems worth every penny...but lost a star for slightly frustrating listen and repeat, which I fail on a lot when the sample is a female voice, so is it matching the sound clips rather than something more intelligent?
Too expensive for me... sorry, but I don't want to waist my money on this if I can simply learn italian with Duolingo for free.
A great way to master the language. The only reason I've not given five stars is that there is very little free content. The subscription content is excellent though.
