Fattoosh - Order Food Online

This rating ia for the app because it did not allow me to order the food. So not sure how good the food is. The app suck big time. I could not order the food. The moment i switched from 1 menu to another, the list of food vanished. No matter how many times i tried to reload it, it always came out empty. I had to kill the app and then restart it. After doing it thrice, i gave up. Ordered from box 8 instead.

1.very unprofessional team .2. Unhygienic 3.noy worth for money.. I have ordered quite some time and always ordered 2 meals because I didn't understand they are s3lling meals or snacks.. lol.. 4. Bad delivery 5.delivery boy always ask for money 6.i hv found polythene pieces from food . 7.not supportive n not atall responsive.. 8.they have replaced my meals with some different dishes without asking me and giving excuse of item was out of stock.

Previous comment...Its been an hour since i have ordered my food....there is no tracking for the order and no one is picking up the phone....no courtesy to even call back or provide any updates..i was hungry latest update..i got a call today to let me know about the customer centric changes made.keep it up guys..

Unable to place order as the mobile number could not be verified. I did not get verification code ever after 3 hrs of registering. Poor designed. Kindly allow user to order even without mobile verification.

It's quite a hassle to enter location every time we launch the app. Moreover, if App stays in memory, it needs to be killed and re-launched just so that location can be entered. This is a bad user experience. Customers anyway need to create accounts, and the location details can be taken from account info. Coming to the food, I have always found it sufficient. No complaints yet regarding the quality as well.

Ordered food for the first time and it is low quality. Potato capsicum looked stale and 7 days old. Dal was cooked in burnt oil, hurting my throat. Cannot eat it.

Ordered dinner... got a call and was told items shown already sold out... agreed for alternative suggested by them. Mashed potatoes were provided which had already become rotten. It was smelling very bad as soon as we opened the box. Other than that rest of the food was just average.

I have ordered the food for about not less than 7 times by now... by all my past experience I would say food is good and tasty but the quantity is soo less that you are always left unsatisfied with tummy half filled.. I'm really pissed of today about their quantity issues ... though food quality is good but yet I'm not going to recommend to any one because the food is not worth your hard earned money !!

Bought the dal and aloo thali . Food was delivered well within 45 minutes but the quality of food looked like that it was made 3 or 4 days back.Stale potatoes in the aloo capsicum dish and dal seemed to have been cooked in burnt oil and had more water than dal.Wasted my 140 rupees as well as time.

Bought a thali having chicken,rice,dal and chappatis.. The rice was too little even for a toddler.. Chicken pieces were also extremely small and unimpressive.. The elaichi kheer I bought was also more water and less kheer.. Pls avoid if you can!! Total waste of money and hunger not satisfied atall!!!

I had ordered a veg meal for dinner ( dal , aloo , rice and roti ) , whereas instead of aloo , chicken was delivered. I have bill as proof. Very poor service. Serving chicken instead of vegetarian meal.

Simple, tasty food. Just the right amount of spicy. And so affordable! Love the variety. Don't have to worry about the cook bunking anymore. All in all, a big thumbs up

This is how my first and last experience was.....delivery guys...from some planets...not aware of earth I guess.....app goes right out of my phone

Earlier I used to order food constantly form fattoosh but recently the app is not even opening the food is good but please fix your app I am not able to even check the menu !

Really annoying n pathetic app. Crash....not able to select the location...buffering goes on and on....what not...you will face every issue whatever comes to your mind.

In our company they supplied spoiled food. Also in Chinese food there was huge amount of salt.

This is a fantastic App.it provides home made food just like "Ghar se door,Ghar jaisa khana".I always like eating yours food.

Its extremely annoying to select my location and locality every time i just open the app. Pls have the detection feature inside not as a part of opening the app. If i exit and open it i have to do this again. Its getting very annoying. Food wise no issues awesome as usual.

Sorry, Fattosh team and Specially PRAKHAR AGARWAL iam complaining to you, coz once u met me and convinced me to enjoy ur service....sry dear it was a really bad experience of food(too much amount of haldi powder) & with ur delivery boy as well, He was asking for more money while delivering........it's not easy to run startups, I understand.... But maintaining faith of customer should be the priority....

Faulty app

Payment consistently fails on Nexus 4

Firstly took them a week to add money to the wallet. Them half the times you order, it doesn't get deducted from the wallet. When you try calling them the number is always unavailable or no one picks up.

Lovely food.. App crashes few times when I click on my profile. Have referred 3 people and they have ordered. Nerve received cashback. Please check

Despite placing order 4 hrs back,no delivery on time..these guys r oversmart and behave like childs...no phone picking for complaints...they feel they only r intelligent...there is no future for u guys..until u r new and people want to give u a try, u will survive....but in business faith last long not trials!!

Food is very good. Not very spicy, nor oily. App is simple and easy to navigate. Con: Very limited menu

Food was tasty, home made but it was cold so giving one star

I had decided to order a meal with the chicken curry. I paid the delivery guy & in opening found that they had given me veg curry. This is despite the bill claiming chicken curry. On complaining, they promised to send out the chicken curry which never reached for the next one hour. Then today, I decided to try for the second time & ordered the chicken curry meal and found myself in the same situation. Not cool that the bill says chicken curry & the box has veg. Uninstalling app.
