Heathrow Airport Guide

The app doesn't show the Indian Standard Time correctly. When a user adds an upcoming flight in "My Flights" section; the app shows GMT and IST at the bottom of the page ( IST at 4th tab ).The difference between GMT and IST is of 5:30hrs. but app shows the difference of 5 hours only. Needs to be corrected.

Doesn't display delays live... What's the point!

Fails the basics. Spammy advertisements app.

There is no results if you search by flight number.

Started sending notification spam and does not let me disable that without also disabling the flight notifications that I've once installed it for.

As a not so frequent flyer this app is always a good guide to get around and find the things I need. Does what it says in a clear and simple way.

Can no longer select Departure or Arrival date on calendar since upgrading to Nougat. Worked fine before definitely an issue

This was good for dropping off at the airport, but great for planning parking or meeting a flight.

Old version worked great... update no longer works or takes as long as the flight to show any information.

This version is way over complicated the previous one was more intuitive and easier to find flights.

Nice design but a very bad search that always shows it has found nothing. It does not give live information, just adds flights to a list and doesn't update current flight information.

No "contact us" option. Granted this app is not exclusively for Heathrow rewards. But points from Heathrow express ticket purchases seem to be rather elusive.

Very helpful app, used it in the past, going to use it again to confirm a flight. Thnxc

I need this app

A lot of functionality has been added since over the last few years, but app behaviour is erratic. e. g. Can't book parking using this app - keeps resetting all fields. Has potential but needs a lot of work still.

If a user losses their phone and therefore I'D and access to their account, you should not make it impossible for the user to re-access their account and therefore all of their reward points. That means they can never use them and you get to bank the savings. Will never recommend this app.

My daughter's flight last night was delayed by 2 hours. 12 hours later that flight was still shown as being on time in spite of Heathrow arrivals board being correct - not useful!

I like it very much newly updated. Which tells me when flight landed and bags on which number Of belt.

Previous version used to show not only when the flight has landed but also when it has arrived. This version doesn't. It can be anything between 2 to 30 minutes before the flight has arrived and taxied.

Older version was much much better. Go back to the old one!!!!

The latest update doesn't work at all

You sign up...it never tells you what your user name is...it's not your email address...it expects a number...which nobody tells you. There is a password reset option...but useless as you have to enter the number (that nobody told you) to do so. Broken process. Got a plastic card instead.

Why does the app need access to the camera?

Previous version i use to get flight arrival status notifications as soon as it changes time, lands, arrives or baggage arriving etc but this is useless doesent give any notification at all.

On the way out it worked fine, I was notified of about the gate. On the way back dispite having data enabled it failed to show any notifications. Also putting a space in the flight number like the sign boards will fail to find anything. Splitting things into arrivals and departures for search should not be needed.

I tried using as guest. Entered my first flight number then tried to add to my flights. All I get is am error message. The app then hangs and freezes. I reinstalled it to make sure it wasn't my z3, nope, still broken. Strangely, this works on my friends Samsung. This is an app that's been designed by committee. Too much going on, nice clean design though.

Car park booking does not work . Enter details dates etc and it just reverts to entry page deleting all data. Worked before update.

Lately I have too many problems with this app it just doesn't open , the flight is arriving much faster than this opens . I used to check here every day I was happy with it but the past week or more it just doesn't work . Is there any chance to get it back to work ? I tried uninstalling re-install but no luck . Please c to it ASAP. Thanks

You can't view next days flights! Beggars belief that someone got paid to do this

What does everyone in the departure lounge want to know? From which gate is my flight departing, and how to I get there. The my flight feature doesn't help here. It tells me my fight us on time, but not much more. Where do I find the airport map? Under shopping, naturally.

App displays wrong type of aircraft

If it logged you in to the wifi that would be a help. I've got the flight info on my carrier's app.
