I love the application and it's soo helpful for me, as they said i have my bank in my pocket, i can do everything through this application and i'm happy for this development even if we have some bug from time to time and we send it to the it dept to resolve it

I can't connect to my account, and I have no idea why. When I enter my account number and my secret code and then click on confirm, nothing happens. I don't get a "the informations you entered are wrong" message or anything. Just NOTHING!!!

Good app i use it mostly to track my balance and to transfer money, but it's buggy most of the time, and it's down all day. 3/5 in comparing to other banc apps.

في السابق عانيت مع مشكلة الأمان وتعطيل الحساب لمدة ٢٤ ساعة كلما حاولت الدخول إليه . وعند التحديث الأخير عمل معي التطبيق بشكل جيد ولم أعاني من أي مشاكل

It's been 3 days since I'm able to open my account. The app says that my account is blocked for security reasons, after 24h i can open my account. BUT IT HAS BEEN 3 DAMN DAYS SINCE THEN. WHY IS MY ACCOUNT STILL BLOCKED ?? AND IN THE END IF IM ABLE TO OPEN MY ACCOUNT AGAIN, IM SURE I WILL FIND SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

Good support for the app, hope to keep it coming. I suggest to make the transactions made by credit card more clear in order to track spending. I suggest to add more analytics to the home screen of the account
