Azimo Money Transfer

I am not impressed with this app. I had done a money transfer on 8th of June to Pakistan via my bank account and the money is still not received into recepient account. It's been 5 days and still waiting. Very slow service...slower than WU. All the claims of transferring money into recepient account within a day is lie. No customer service email received yet for explaining delays. Very annoyed!

App has not worked for me for the last 3 updates. You open app fine chose a destination and it constantly loads not allowing you to input how much to send. I've tried on WiFi and 4g with no luck. It's an amazing service and I use the web browser but the app doesn't work for me. I have a motoG4

The feature that made this app awesome was that I could sent money straight to bank accounts, without it just is another app full of bugs

Why the charges now to Nigeria? Well thanks for doing it for free over the years. But the exchange rate has dropped from Azimo as well. Why is it that?

It's OK before,but this time if u send money it use to delay about 4 to 5 hours before reaching it's destination. Very bad please do something.

This age when everything is done with one click but on Azimo you have to wait ages before they generate the pick up reference number. This is like at least a decade behind. Now you go to high street and your money is ready to pick in another country in seconds
