The AZBlue Mobile app is from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ). It is designed to help you use and manage your healthcare insurance and coverage when you’re on the go. Whether you're at the doctor’s office, at work, or out running errands, the app makes it easier than ever to access your ID Cards, pay your bill (for eligible plans), see your deductible balances, and find Urgent Care Centers. The AZBlue Mobile app is for use by BCBSAZ members and members of health plans with the BCBSAZ provider network.

Will not let me log on at all. I have to go to the web and do a search to pull up the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona website for it to load. It is hard to select to providers when you are on website. Hard to get pricing on tests that doctors want you to have. Someone needs to look at improving this application. Does anyone monitor these reviews? Looking back there has been problems with this app for a very long time. I hope you don't run your insurance company in this fashion.

This app helps BCBSAZ members figure out where to go for urgent care and bring up ID card for when at a Dr's office or pharmacy. Quite useful.

App totally sucks. It wouldn't even let me register! Then, when I tried to get out of Dodge and CLOSE the app, it wouldn't do that either. So bad it's scary. Just say no. Don't even go there! Samsung Note 3.

It would not let me out of the app once I was in it. I had to reboot my phone to get control back. I have removed it from my phone.

App does virtually nothing. You can only search for an urgent care facility and get ID card info. Can't search for doctors using the app.
