History Cleaner Pro is the most powerful history and cache cleaning tool for Androids, and the only one designed for rooted phones. My phone is rooted but it doesn't work, it's crap. It's doesn't clear the app caches or anything it claims to.

What the ...??? It is so confusing why say error needs root access to clean or whatever it said.... Do these developers have to be so stupid?

But either it's just me or a ton of the filters are creating errors recently. I'll bump up the rating back to five stars once these issues are sorted out. Developer has been hard to contact recently, so I hope he has time. There's a ton of filters that produce errors for me. I will contact him ASAP and help sort things out if possible.
