App Folder for Android
I downloaded the app and had it all nice and set the way I wanted my folder to look but there's no "Save" button. I looked everywhere. Finally I decided, maybe it saves itself. So I go back to my home screen only to see EMPTY folder. If someone could tell me how to preserve my set up, I'd love to use this widget. You can send an email to: mattison67@gmail.com Thanks!
I've literally only just started using app folder to apply some organisation to my home screen. Unfortunately it will only allow me two folders in the free version, so not that organised! £1.99 seems a little steep so soon and for something quite so simple, 99p and I wouldn't even think about it!!!
It's Ok nothing to brag home about. Only issue I got with it is every time i have to turn off my phone after the scanning is complete the folder won't show any apps in the folder until u click on it to open it then u have to go into the settings n resave everything. Please fix
Looks nice. Couple of complaints but maybe I've not figured it out. If I do, I'll up the rating - "Save" isn't obvious after you pick what you want in the folder. Backing out seems to work. The folder title has to be pretty short. Last, no way to drag more apps into the folder and when I try to edit that doesn't work.
Since I have not used this app, it is hard to rate it correctly. I could just give it a one star, or give it five stars, but in all fairness I should use the app and decide then if it is worth five stars. So far, it has been easy to set up, easy to name, and easy to change what apps I put into the folder, therefore, I give it a provisional four stars.
I always used folders on HTC sense but now I have a Samsung, this app is so much better in some regards - most notably it's very fast to ad apps to a folder. Two folders max is a bit of a blow. Removing
Waste of time... U have to go into so many settings to create a folder... And then to find out you only get like 6 folders until it stops giving u folders and tells you to go pro. This isn't something I'd waste my money on
Free version only let's you create Two folders with 20 apps each. If you go pro though, I'm sure it would be a 5 star app So no real complaints. Not everything in life can be free.
Love the folder idea, but app is inconsistent. Alarm program won't function properly. I had to reset my alarm after removing from folder and putting back on my home screen. App doesn't show up in my listed installed apps. Would love more than 2 folders in free version specially if it's really glitchy. Make it more stable, and I'll give it higher rating and probably buy...
You know, I've never had this many problems setting up any app or widget. You gotta be kidding me. No matter what I do, can't figure this mess out. AND YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE COURTESY TO EVEN INCLUDE DIRECTIONS. I LIVE BY DIRECTIONS. I'M DONE! !!
Missed my iPhone 4s set up. Cool that this alp exists to use on Android. I wish they would let u have more than two folders without making you upgrade and pay
It would only alow me to set up one folder. To do more you have to go pro which I would have, but I will not be forced to. Needs a DONE button, was confusing to figure out to use the back button on phone.
It compresses the apps icons and they look ugly. No animations/transitions. No drag and drop. And it needs some instruction. All I want to do is create sub folders with folders of apps on my homescreen. I tried everything using this widget and all I could accomplish was making a folder.... which I could already do. Very poor. Waste.
Only let's you create 2 folders unless you purchase the pro version for a unknown amount. I wouldn't have downloaded it if I had known. I also find it a dishonest approach to making sales.
It only let's you make 2 folders. If you want anymore you have to pay for the pro! Wouldn't have been so bad if maybe we were told before downloading! Waste of time!!!!
I found that it will only allow me to make two folders. When I try to make a third, it tells me I have to buy the paid app. The folders are ok, but I have dozens of apps, and two folders doesn't give me enough to evaluate if this is worth my paying for more.
Brilliant app that allows me to organise my home page. No more scrolling through pages trying to find an app. You only get 2 free folders with the free version. If you want more you have to pay for the pro version which is what I am very likely to do.
Started well until I tried to make a 3rd box. Will only let you have 2 boxes in the free version so I give it 2 stars. If you want more then upgrade to pro
When i downloaded the app, i went to my widgets and set it up. I put instagram stuff in a folder and it works!!! The people who write bad reviews shoudl read the description and how to use manual. Also this widget may not work on all phones so stop writing bad comments if your phone cant support this widget.
Demo only allows two folders. Can't drag and drop. It's cumbersome to organize. 2nd folder doesn't display its name properly. If this is how they want to sell me on the full version, it's not working.
Update - all links deleted again. Waste of time and money. Bought Pro. version, but doesn't show names of Bookmarks, can't see twitter app likewise, occasional selections disappear from folders. Looking for alternative
I really liked it... when I figured it out without going back to home screen every time. ... what I dont like is it only gives you 2 folders then you have to pay to get more ! When it says free it should be free
I can't put my app into the folder. It just said get pro version to make more folders! How about the free version? Why free version can't make app folder!? I think it is not fair, just delete it! It is annoying.
2 folders and then they want money, that's not a free app. Besides, there's so much work involved in just setting up the folders.
Fast responsive widget. Hope to see more flexibility to customize the look of the folder, maybe something like Text Icons. Also have Dock Launcher on my phone, which is equally small and east and dull looks.
Just got a replacement phone activated and getting all of my apps organized. This was everything I wanted to keep it all together. Between running 2 home based businesses, and being a single mom of a teeneager and 2 toddlers, I have an app for everything. Imagine my disappointment when I tried to make the 3rd folder to find that only 2 are allowed for the free version. I don't mind paying for something that I found very useful and gladly would have done the paid version if that info was readily available fr
Its really simple to use. Does what its suppose to do and takes little memory. Only thing is that if u press anywhere but a button it closes. Please fix. Apart from that, exellent!
Love this app. Works really really well. Only thing I wish is that you could make more than 2 folders before you have to buy the full version. Also wish I could make folders on my app page not just my home page.
After adding app to folder it still remains on home screen .... if we remove the app it also unstall from folder then what's use of folder.. we can't insert apps icon directly from home screen .... unstalling...
Crap crap crap why download a app and you cant get into it to use and dasnt appear on menu list to use crap crap crap!!!!!! Great app to use says but i cant use it. Fix it please unistalled it will lose custmer to another app
Ok number one how do you use this I cant figure out a way to get to the app and its making me irritated please, somebody at least help me!
All the app I use regularly can be placed in a shortcut folder instead of cluttering up the screen
Once I learned to open as a widget and set up I found this very useful and easy to use. Now I can find what I'm looking for nice and quick! Great. Love this app
Well I just downloaded this app but I can't get into it... Instead of saying open and uninstall it just says uninstall and doesn't show with my other applications. Why? I am not happy. >:(
I hate this app I hate it I hate it I tried to make folders but it wouldn't let me on my phone so horrible no one should get it oh you thats and get 5 stars are so bad stupid because you don't know how how much this thing doesn't work sorry didn't see spelling mistakes that I don't care this thing is horrible just horrible who would like this I can't even make a one folder 1 I can you make one
Able to add widget to my home screen, not able to edit or add anything to the folder
So far, I am having problems trying to figure out how to remove an icon I placed in the group by mistake. The Help tab I don't know where it is if there is one at all.
This is one of those apps that you download and think "how did I manage without this?" It works brilliantly. P.S. Holds much more than 20 apps. I got up to 40 while testing it before I gave up.
You get what you pay for and for free It works on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. More color choices would be nice and the icon doesn't align with the rest of your icons. Easy to use and holds 20 apps, had enough space in the title for my folder name. Allows you to alphabetize your stored apps so it satisfies my OCD. It gave me all the basic options to customize my folder for free, of course would expect more from the paid version and I love this feature so I may go out on a limb and buy it and give it a try.

The app installed and opened with no trouble. I already knew about the 2 folder limit, which is fine for now. That's plenty to evaluate it to see if I want to go pro. UPDATE: I've used this handy little tool for a few months now, and it really is terrific. No muss no fuss, no pop-up ads, just a cool little organization tool. I am just now adding a 2nd folder, so time will tell if I find a reason compelling enough to buy the unlimited version. Probably will. Very good job, my hat's off to the developer!
