It's not working on my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime it tells me that my Android is not updated for me to go to my software update but when I do it tells me that my software is up-to-date but it's still not letting me record my calls

The screen recording is great...but if I have it on while using Skype, the other party can't hear me but I can hear them. When I play back, I only hear me, not the other party.
