It's simple to complete an OASIS through the app, but I also love how easy it is to access the patient charts and EVV feature. I haven't used the offline mode yet, but hoping to give it a try!

When I click log in, it flashes and goes back to a blank log in page. On both my iPad and my phone I've never been able to sign in

THIS APP IS A WAIST OF TIME!. NEED TO GET THE OLD APP BACK, ASAP. BECAUSE, THE OLD APP WORK JUST FIND AND PATIENTS CAN SIGN SCHEDULE WITH NO PROBLEMS. IT'S TO MUCH ISSUES WITH SIGN IN & OTHER BIG ISSUES; WITH THIS NEW UPDATE. (STOP WITH THE UPDATES BECAUSE IT'S CAUSING TO MUCH PROBLEMS FOR EVERYBODY. PLEASE! PLEASE, GO BACK WITH THE OLD APP. THANKS.)

Poor customer service. They have been working on that computer glitch which prevents my patients from signing my visit for a week now but still haven't resolved. I called customer service, told me to just buy iphone because iphone don't have problems.

With the new update I am unable to access my visits and have my patients sign.

Keeps crashing, won't register for evv. Causes more work for me.

The app should be made to be user friendly. I clicked on my patients list and wasn't able to access all but one

GPS is NEVER accurate, and makes logging in extremely difficult.

Bottom line. It has a mind of its own.....

It's GREAT!!

Sometimes it works nicely but when it doesn't it a pain after uninstall reinstall the app I have to turn my phone on and off one day it's at my patients house was in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and I was in the United States for iPhone half the time when I am at the patient's location as that is not their patients location

The schedule portion on the app for my android device now seperates patients by name and not by dates so I'm stuck having to scroll up and down to find patients to see who I have scheduled for a particular day. Bad job guys.

You can never clock in because something is always wrong and it has to update DAILY

Email does not work.

Freezes. Stops. Just plain doesn't work 80% of the time.

Please put more work in this app for it to work. Kicks me out when sending messages.

It always give login and log out problem

Axxess may have given our small business a small boost at first but by not holding up on their app sales point, I have began looking at other paperless options. My staff can't clock in once on-site and my marketers have to login via mobile web every time to check a HIPPA compliant email. This is not the product we were promised. Get with program and realize that iPhone and Android are practically 50/50 market share and fix the android half. Until they fix their mobile app, I would not recommend axxess!

Therapy Manager

Cumbersome and difficult to use on android. Every time you get out of app even for a few seconds you have to put your email back in. Freezes and force closes a lot. I've used the app on ios and it was much smoother and user friendly. UPDATE: each update they put out the app is worse. At this point it's not even usable. It's not recognizing my location, won't let me start/verify visits. On the rare occasion that I'm able to start the visit, it doesn't save the vitals or comments/notes that I put in.

It does not verify visits and even after updating like IT states, it still doesn't work correctly. The narrative part of the app is awesome.

I downloaded app and its nothing like. The online web site!!! I don't use app I use online live site if not I don't what to do needs. Fixed.

App is slow. On my android phone and tablet it may or may not verify visits.

Everytime I log into axxess app, it crashes, wants to send feedback and that I do. And one day I was doing my visits, decided to give the app a try and input vitals, and then after I'm done I go home and NOTHING SAVED! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The only thing I like is how I can look up phone numbers and addresses but that's after it crashing two times and making me log in every time. 11/18/15,UPDATE. 7/21/16, this app still sucks so very much. What a load of crap!

This app is crap it never works. You can't save your work and it's always crashing.

App freezes, often slow to respond, when it freezes, remains frozen sometimes indefinitely, especially at login pin screen or when it's idle it freezes when it should be at password screen. This has been a problem for over a year. Currently using Galaxy s7, previously had s4, same problem. Co-worker has I phone and has same complaint. Very disappointing.

The concept is great ! However, the app is not!

My work requires me to use this app for signature verification but this crappy app does not work 100% of the time. Axxess needs to fix this app.
