AXS Payment

I use Citibank to pay, so by right Citibank will open a popup window to carry on the transaction. However, there is no option to disable "block pop-ups" (i.e. enable pop-ups) in the app so it got stuck at the "Please proceed with your transaction" page. I've tried disabling the pop-up blocker in Chrome, but it still doesn't work. I have not tried other banks, but please fix this.

Too many invasive permission added recently. Please do not download this app as privacy is compromised.

Horrible! After the update it hangs on the selection of the account! Do something about it, before the update it was working fine!

Cannot submit to pay. Hang. Even re-stall a few times, still the same. Kindly rectify the apps problem.

App hangs on installing in Note3

After updating app on S7, I can't make payment on UOB. The "summit" button would just hang there no matter how long u wait or keep clicking it. It was still working fine previously until I update it.

eNets have problems. I can't pay using UOB. it keeps getting stuck at submit. Please fix this. The app is useless if the most commonly mode of payment is not available.

It used to be only thing I use monthly to make my bill payments...now it just hang during payment. Absolutely frustrating.

Something wrong with enets payment. No response after tapping the ''submit'' payment button. Wasn't like that before. Kindly look into issue. Ty

Why does the new version wants permission to get my device and app histories when I update? I stopped updating for new versions.

Non responsive after hitting on the submit from uob Enet. Called AXS help desk since January. Still not working and AXS help desk in self denial mode.

Can't pay with UOB. Sucks. Despite numerous negative reviews, no response and nothing was done to address issues.

i very angry..is not user friendly..each time i upgrade version..my current record all lost plus cannot open the app and i need to reinstall again..no choice this is the only pltaform i can use to do payment..so bobian pls pls can the axs IT do something..thanks

Have been using this and so far i love the convi. However its stucked at UOB payment page. After pressing submit, nothing happened. Other user have same prob too. Pls help to fix this

What's wrong with the system nowadays with the pass code. I'm sure I didn't put any pass code! Rectify it now!

App on recent update asks for additional permissions -- camera, wifi info and list of other apps which is not what you expect from a mobile bill payment app.

Kol hotline rectify the probs yet it still happened again...what goin on??

If I can, I'll give it half star. After the update, I can no longer pay anything at all.

Why do the latest update on general enhancement and bug fix need to have access to the user's app stats, browsing history and bookmarks??

Great app. Just paid my CC bill and received the eReceipt successfully. Overall smooth payment.

Can't pay my bills via eNets. My payment is already late as a result. The submit button doesn't work when i am logged into my UOB ebanking. Pls fix this asap. This has been a great app thus far until now.

Why must buy ssl certificate to make payments? Otherwise unable to pay my bills. Time to delete this app and head down to axs machine. Safer.

Cannot pay through this app.. pls fix it! Very inconvenient if u developed an app meant for paying the bills but u cannot pay. Horrible!

Since the update, I can't make payment using NETS! Please fix it! Because of this, I have to delay making payments and result in late charges! I can't even view the numbers!
