Watched the countdown to tickets supposedly being on sale, at the time they should've been available just said coming soon. Said ticket prices were less than half the cost of what is available through reliable sources. Waste of space and time.

I've attempted to get my mobile tickets a few times through this app. There is always an "error" message, I downloaded this app 2 years ago and it sucked then, I tried it again and it continues to suck. Utterly useless.

AXS must not like to sell people tickets because if they did, they would make this app functional. They must really hate their customer base. This app crashes every time I try to buy tickets.

I got selected for the Metallica concert in the Fonda Teather, by the time to pay for the tickets the app colapsed, I should used my PC. Fkng bad experience.

Dumps me every time. I do it correctly three times then get dropped. Worthless app.

App and website are useless, app doesn't let you buy tickets anyway.

I purchased tickets on the app using my account. The tickets were sent to my email but never showed up on the app. I sent a ticket to customer service and told them this. Customer service didn't bother to read my issue , instead just responded with form letters and then marked the issue closed. TWICE. I am done with AXS, I will drive to the venue and buy tickets before I give these fools another dime

App is constantly crashing when trying to search / use it. I just use my browser and go to the mobile website, instead of the app

Waste of time downloading the app. Shuts down as soon as I try to go anywhere other than the home page

Waste of time even with pre-sale codes and specials. Monkeys must be operating this app. Cant buy tickets!!!!!!

Well, my tickets won't show in the app so I guess that this is useless.

Would be nice if able to choose seats instead of them being automatically selected.

Pretty good way to get tickets

AXS as a service is as tolerable as ticketing services go, but the app is THE WORST. It hogs up battery life, even if you haven't used it or opened it since the last time you booked your phone. It crashes when it's not even supposed to be open. It crashes when you try to select tickets. And if you are somehow able to complete your purchase it won't update with your new tickets in the "my tickets" section. You have to DELETE AND REINSTALL THE APP IF YOU WANT IT TO UPDATE. Awful customer experience!

Friend couldn't claim ticket after I shared.... believe the 1* reviews because for this garbage app... they're spot on.

Same issue as a previous reviewer. A friend was unable to use a ticket I sent him due to errors with the app. AXS refused a refund, stating that all sales are final. I won't be doing business with them again.

App hasn't updated My Events since May. I have tickets to a few concerts through AXS right now and they're not showing up. Still showing the ones I have already attended.

Your fees are outrageous. I hope you have to go through a class action case like Ticketmaster.

The app use to work for the most part, but now it wont show my events. This prevents me from using mobile entry or transferring tickets. Their claim that the bug was fixed is erroneous as I have unstalled/reinstalled twice. Brutal app.

Some of my events do not show. Sometimes the app does not work. Unable to print tickets that have been transferred to me. Unable to transfer or share tickets that have been shared to me. And I'm able to get help from customer service to have said tickets email to me.

The app is as crappy as the website! I hope my bands stop leveraging your platform so I never have to use it again!

Every time I am forced to buy tickets through AXS, I can either pay to have them mailed to me or use etickets. However, etickets will never display unless I uninstall and then reinstall the app. That is for every single concert. The morons who did programming for this app should all be fired. AXS should take some responsibility and mail out tickets for free since we are all inconvenienced by their ridiculous company's pathetic application. Try hiring some competent programmers.

The newest version claims it fixed tickets not showing under events so I downloaded it despite reviews and it is not. fixed.

How can I possibly buy any tickets from axs when I can't even get past the captcha. It does not work and keep sending new challenges until the page fails with some application error. Not only in the app but on the Web page as well. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and hire some web developers that can do the job right.

Got put into a waiting room for 30 minutes when I tried to buy tickets for my friends and I. When it was my turn, no tickets were showing up, even when searching for a single ticket in any price range. Tickets sold out 10 mins later and are being scalped at more than 3x the price. Thanks aws...

This app and service dosn't work on my android or windows device. How are these guy's still in business?

PJ, the floor supervisor, is the least understanding supervisor that I've ever encountered.

Can get into ticket selector but then it does not populate any available tickets.

I never missed Ticketmaster so much!!!!
