Axis Merchant App

Downloaded this app two weeks before but it is not activated till now. It indicates your app will be activated in 24 hrs. Waste of time waiting for it. Even their staff doesn't know about this app. Enquired it with about five persons of Axis bank staff regarding this. Nobody knows about it and no proper response.

This app works only when I call for help. I Installed this app when i installed the POS machine . THe machine works well but i cannot see the transactions on the app. Even after entering the correct mid and mPIN, it does not sign in and no response is shown on the app. Dear Developers, Please do not upload such applications which are not fully working ( Testing Done ). Please Do NOt RePly That YOU REGRET for the app's Misbehaviour... First Rectify the problem then contact or reply

Worst app i have seen ever. every time it does not even start after submitting passward

If an app has bugs during sign up...do not release such apps. You will unnecessarily gain bad reviews. Atleast throroughly test the app before releasing it to the public, you are a bank, God forbid if hackers find such bugs before you do, how do you plan to digitalize India and expect citizens to use such apps hasslefree and with confidence , if apps of such sensitive matters contain bugs which are clearly visible during use. It clearly reflects your insincerity. I am unable to register even though I entered the correct MID and registered mobile number. And its not just me, there are other people who too have complained about the same. It doesn't look like that you are willing to improve.

We can't access any feature which are there in app. Atleast give us our real transaction details. Useless app I would say.

I have downloaded this app last week. All are fine, but it is little slow to show the payment reports. I can't able to get the information of charges for each transaction. I want to know my each transaction of swiping details in this app.

Hopeless app after installing i entered my mid and my registered mobile number every it shows invalid entery Is axis bank department is playing with merchants i dont know what but agar aisa hi raha to edc machines return karna padegi

To harass has u crested this app. No use when v r facing problem with edc machine .

It's really reduce the TAT of merchants Requests and it's helpful to know all thier transaction reports and raise the other POS realeted requests in this platform. They will now the correct status of thier request.... it's really awesome for Axis Bank Merchant Acquiring existing Base.... Thanks to Axis Bank....keep going

Login problem. not user friendly. very slow access. its will work properly usefull. some options not working

Useless Those who hv extra time please use this useless app I had download it nd sigh it It work for the first time When I closed it nd login again then it is not opening at all

Update 20/02/17 Best bank...best services..ruined by bad employees & oficers.. Given detailed feedback , technical data to developer still problems persist with app.. Problems 1) able to sign up on 1st try only...2nd time onwards app freezes itself..tried on lollipop & marshmallow device still same issue.. 2) to email yourself , it says email id not registered..ok..but where is the option to register it? 3) transaction reports are not complete.. it skips 1 or 2 days or even transaction on same day..!!

Always laging this app after entering passwords the app not responding then again do all the bla bla bla reset data then create new password ????????what a waste of time n money

Does not work on Jio network. Filed QR code pay request on 14th Feb. No reply so far. Other banks r releasing bharatqr but no such info from axis.

Pathetic app. Worked a few times and then onwards not able to sign in. Does not give any error, but does not sign in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now does not even send an OTP.

The App is a much needed one stop solution for Merchants/ Business owners. It helps me right from accepting payments to tracking the reports. ????

I installed this app first login is okay but second times means it's hang on. What's the problem ? I'm using note 2 gt-n7100

Not activated, activated earlier not working so re installed it . but no response . I use it for card swipe transactions issues

How to create Merchant Id and password ,. There are no option to create Merchant profile or user id and password, please assist me as soon as possible , also assist me that other bank current account customer can create Merchant Id with link their account other bank account ?

It says details are incorrect, i wrote my MID and registered number as per bank records.

Doesn't connected taking too long to respond. It's never identify MID and the mobile number.

To sign up I gave MID and Mobile number and saying Details are not matching

Never works for the second time. After entering the mPin the app doesnt open at all.

sign up problem..even tough iam entering correct data .it says tht the data u have entered is not valid..how do i sign up then???

Mailed twice at the mab mail id about corre ting the data ... No reply from it till today ... Axis gives only assurance but no work from the bank ... Specially in merchant department
