Axis Mobile for Android
Axis Bank could have made the app very powerful with a lot of features. But it has chosen to deploy just a few features. Hope they can incorporate everything that their online banking can offer. Following are some issues in the App. 1. Fails to bring log in security screen twice and always. Works on third try. 2. Keeps forgetting the Service being recharged. Have to search and choose every time. 3. Bring back the full screen security code entry window. The new number pad is a security risk.
Mobile number not registered with bank. Funny they r sending all alerts n otp to this number for years n even printed on my monthly statements. Evn 2day msg received. Since the day ths app ws launched never found a way to rate more thn 0. Also if I hd time to visit branch n write emails l wud nt bother wth ths. All 4 PSB mobile app work fine. Hopefully sm day I shl hv time to write an email description of ths.
when i used iPhone that time axis mobile app works very well and fine now i am using s7 edge duos after installation axis mobile app is not at all login i am using the same mobile number which is registered with axis bank still now i send lot sms for activation from my registered mobile number i think bcoz of dual sim they are not activating bcoz i am using sim1 for calls and sim2 for data so i kindly request axis bank to solve this issue for dual sim users rest of all app is very good and convenient to
Best Banking Experience with Axis Bank always. Always ahead with modern approach. Application is good though I didn't like Axisbank net banking on browser since last year update. Its very slow to login. Can never get any tatkal ticket from irctc as site takes long enough and till then all tickets get sold out. Please rollback last update and give a net banking site like two year ago.
Best banking app experience till now...easy to pay for anything except mobile bills. You should change the mobile bill payment structure. It's so confusing to paying through circle and having there several vendors as well for the mobile network. So which one i need to select ? Pls look into this. Other is great
Earlier versions were working fine in my android, but after updating to this version it looks strange.! It requires to send SMS every time I want to login for authenticate, for once its acceptable but every time it sends SMS which costs 2-3 rs per SMS.! Better you should look into this issue .
I am really facing many issues with your application. It doesn't allow me for any transactions to show or make, only asking for login name and password like. What the hell is this.. each and every time. this application works good with Microsoft device. VERSE CLASS...HOWEVER when we install this application, you are sending otp. After entered correct otp, I am able to access application. If you have verified correct device then why do u ask for login and password ???????
I am fan of Axis Bank mobileI app but from my past few weeks experience, app response time is too high.. Even session expires many time from login or transfer or CC details. I am forced to move to Web. Using Sony Xperia and 4G over WiFi. So no doubt on Internet speed
Its a good app but i feel that the ui is lacking. It can be improved to compete with other private banking apps. Sometimes it doesn't display the balance, deposit and other things even though the net is working, the app needs to be closed and reopened then it works (tested on both rooted and non rooted devices). The security feature of displaying warning on rooted device is a nice one, hardly any banking apps have that. Keep it up. Maybe implement material design and runtime permissions in android 6.0+.
This app is quiet useful to 2 me as now on i don't need to go to bank . My all sort of work is easily done. It time saving . In starting i feel uncomfortable but day by day i start loving it. Just need to improve on how much tax is cut on instant NEFT and other thing calculation . But what ever i lv this app ☺☺☺
I think we might need 5G to be launched for using this app, that much delay in logging-in and perform fund transfer or other transactions.. Please work on the performance/speed rather than loading with so many features which we hardly use.. Accept the fact that User Interface is really good but speed really matters for a new generation mobile banking..
I have savings account in 3 different banks and have been using their respective baking app as well, all the rest app opens up quickly and transaction is simple and super fast, but when it comes to Axis bank app. .aaarrggghhh!! It takes around 5mints to logging in 4g internet connectivity and then whenever i tried to transact money it says i have to re-logg again as my transaction time is over...
I m not able to login the app. It charged Re1 two times for sending a sms to the registered mobile no which is present in the handset in which i hv downloaded the app .. and now it says no internet connection though my internet is very well working..i m able to write this review on play store because of net connection only.
For last so many days I am not able to do anything from mobile app as the balance it shows is zero. Went to the branch they suggested uninstall- reinstall, which also didn't work. I have taken screenshots every time I am getting zero balance inspite of sufficient money being in the account.
In my previous handset the app function was perfect.. Now I got new handset and I am trying to access it but it's showing " your request cannot be processed now please try again later" .I don't use dual sim and only sim what I have has already registered with bank..even though it's not working..help me out to sort this problem
D best Pvt ltd bank application and online services. Nicely fabricated user friendly application. Really loved d experience. But the recent update is giving me generic failure message when I tried to open the Login with a new handset despite of the registered mobile SIM is present in the handset. Pls help. Without axis mobile bank it's like I m disabled :-(
The app is user friendly and easy to use. I could have given 5 star but the speed is very slow. It sometimes seem like the button click didn't happen, while it is processing. No loading icon or grey outs so that user can understand the app is processing when you click on any links in many locations. Otherwise it's a really handy and easy to use app.
Too slow. Also while trying to login after last two updates mostly I get the message we are currently unavailable please try again later. If I got login then too I can't use it because checking account details message come we are facing problem . Try again later. Please improve the update. Rest I love the app as it is user friendly. Please speed it up .
Am using Samsung S7 edge dual sim mobile and I used only one sim in my primary sim slot even though its not working. It's sending message from my mobile operator after received also it's not working. Am facing this issue last one month even if I try to use with another mobile. 08/11/2016. No use after logged several complaints provided all the relevant details simply closing the tickets without any action.
In the previous version i could log in very easily and efficiently and also check the balance by just pulling down without having to log in. The recent update requires me to make 2-3 attempts before actually logging in and even the quick balance option requires me to log in which completely defeats the purpose....would have been better if you had kept the older version.
NO RESPONSE IN 10 DAYS! THAT'S REDICULUOS... I AM FORCED TO UNINSTALLED THIS ONCE UPON A GR8 APP. From last 2 weeks app is not working. Checked its updated, also uninstalled & re-installed the app still not functioning. Checked with other ppl, few of them r facing same issue hence not depending on this app anymore. I loved this app, hence thought to highlight it to get it resolved soon.
Axis has done a great job in making the experience of banking easy and handy to the users via this app. Transaction, balance and statement checking can be done without any problem. But the latest update of this app has some issues, it's not able to connect and shows error. Request to the developer to kindly look over it and fix the bugs.
As a mobile app this is great but could be much better if synced with the pc net banking. Now we have to enter all details like beneficiary, bill payment, standard transfer etc twice. More over if details are entered in both by mistake then the money is deducted twice.
Please give an option to select registered SIM when logging in for the first time for dual SIM handset. I have a other bank app and they have provided the option to select the registered SIM before verification. How can u develop an app with such a big fault. Please rectify asap and just check out Ur competitors in the market and come up with the solution for this. Just coz of accessing Axis bank app we can't interchange the SIM often. Other than that app is decent and axis bank service is good.
I just opened an account in axis bank and I recieved a message conveying me to download the app through a link. I downloaded as said, and it said that the app needs to send a message in order to activate it. The system automatically sent 2 messages and 3rs was deducted. Finally, I got a msg telling we were not able to locate your account. Why do you do that?
Whenever I am trying to do an IMPS transaction, after the confirmation, amount is getting debited from my account and not credited to beneficiary account and shows failure notice INVALID TRAN TYPE. I think tran type is IMPS. Later on the debited amount reverted back into my account. But what is the use of IMPS, if am not able to transfer the money. For NEFT it is working fine. Earlier both IMPS & NEFT worked fine.
The app was working pretty well but after last update I can't even log in it says " sorry couldn't established secured connection and I have 4g internet on my device. Well I would like to mention that I am working in Saudi Arabia so is there any problem to use this app here?
I have two other bank apps on my phone that work fine but this app hang my phone and never reach login screen, restarting my phone is only way I can use my phone again as app uses all the RAM even after quitting it, and to add to that the axis mobile banking website doesn't open half of of the time.
Can't even login, even before I login it says that account has been locked due to 5 unsuccessful mPIN attempts. I don't even remember that I ever I tried creating an mPIN. And even if I did, it should take my correct credentials and let me login. Oh! I forgot it's still an Indian app, I wish I had Chase here.
I had modified the atm and international limit on my debit card through your Mobile App on the 18th of December 2016, however now I am unable to modify it to a new limit. Called up Customer Care and was told to lock and unlock the card. Now neither i am able to modify the debit card limit nor i am able to unlock the card. Customer services are uneducated and dont even know what they are doing.
It was working perfectly before 3 weeks. Now it is very slow in my Xiaomi Mi4i.(I think after updating the app). This version is working normally in my friend's mobile. I have a good internet speed and my registered sim is in primary slot.. I tried turning of the secondary SIM also.
Whenever u see the summary of account transaction or view statement for a date range it shows only the amount which is credited and debited not the account balance with it !! That too whether it's credit or debit u have to figure out by your self. It must be showing the account balance after each transaction in summary, with out this there is no clue whether u are adding or subtracting right amount or not.
After updating the new version of app..it only shows bal of account on 1st main page/screen, on visiting the credit card page, other accounts page etc. it keeps on loading which takes a lot of time n this wasn't an issue before updation, the previous version was even fast. Changes are good only when they are better than earlier...
App needs registered number as primary sim. You can not make it mandatory. User must have a choice to select register sim to send sms. In my phone I am the person who decide which sim remain as primary you do not have a rights to decide this. Over all App is user friendly and I personally feel bank in my pocket. Please resolved the login issue I am not able to use it because of that.
It is useless app. It is not provide my city option and asking useless question as like birthday, make/female, such as fool questions. I have other bank apps they are working on otp massages and user is registered in 2 minutes. And there is lots of time is waste for registration. Useless and waste of time very bad experience.
Didn't like the recent update rolled out 2 to 3 days back. It just spoiled the user interface. Though new functionality has been added but you should have retained the layout of the app. Also there is a minor sluggishness that has crept in. I would like to roll back to the previous version which was perfect for me.
Hi it's a good app but now I am stuck. I forget my mPin after i given all details of debit card and net banking. But when i click continue always failed message coming.. same credential I used in browser it's working fine.. can anyone help me to use this app or I have to uninstall.. thanks
Slow like hell waste am a advance user i keep updating my rom rooted also.. The server its damn slow for reaponce some times i have to keep wait till i die for responce.. And when ever i update my os the app lost its activation again and again it asked for resetup the app all pin and all like newly installed when i update my OS also charge for one sms wtf Union bank allahabad bank is way better than this private bank unstalled..
Dude what the hell is this... Every time i log in into app for registration it sends sms and then automatically app got cancelled. It had ocuured more than 10 times. SMS charges are also deducted every time when i try to log in.. I mean, Seriouslyyy axis bank, r u earning from those SMS charges haan.. Pathetic..

In Xiaomi mobiles, registered no. Is put into sim1 and sim2 is for Internet. (No option to set default Sim for messaging). On opening the app, it askes to send sms then it says can't find you account. Please make some changes. Many people use other sim just for Internet. (It works well with Internet through WiFi) (Apart from this issue, this is Best banking App)
