The app gets really slow and unresponsive. You guys need to work on your network infrastructure and customer support for this.

This App I am using since three months. It is a good and useful app. But the problem is we are unable to exit from app through EXIT option. Please check and fix the bug.

The new Axis Direct app is extremely slow. Moving from watchlist 1 to 2, order status etc takes hell lot of time. Also logging into the application takes longer. Rates are not refreshed as quickly as it use to in older version. At times it will show current rate and all of a sudden it will show 15-20 mins older rate. All the above issues are faced when connected to WiFi so using the app on 2G/3G is out of question. Extremely disappointed with the new app and the worst part was that customers were not infor

App is very good, in demat balance -share purchase date is not reflecting. It's sometimes difficult to understand when bought out. Please do the need ful.

It's disgusting App, it's hard to believe that it's devloped by axis. Guys pls do work on MobileApp not on whatsapp or Facebook.

Bad interface, Slow response and pathetic customer support. Even bank staffs don't have much knowledge relating to demat account.

Many improvements done and many of my errors are resolved. Still a very long way to get 5 stars.

Please give focus on app stability. Its crashing like anything.

Many times i am facing the issue that after opening the app and entering my credentials, it doesn't gets logged-in but straight away throws an error message that SESSION HAS EXPIRED. Even after entering the credentials 10 times, i'm unable to login. However after sometime it works fine but at that moment its frustrating.

Don't use ilogin every time its fail

One of the most pathetic app, irresponsive, too slow, keep on clicking menus but u get no response, its too slow for being used as a app meant for financial transactions in share market. No many options, not user friendly, incurred losses today due to this apps slow responsr. Not again

Apart from my previous issues log out option is not working for 2 months. Please fix the problem. I'm using z3compact with marshmallow.

It logout automatically.. It frequently say... "Session expired".... even 5 second after login. And very slow.

Even after the recent update, logout not working . Now using Lenovo Vibe K5 Note. Running Android version 6.0. Earlier it was working with MI Note 3, Android 5.1, but after latest update logout not working in that device too. Always quitting forcibly. Please fix

Why can't the finger print mode be used for login? Why can't it be simple link Axis Bank app itself?

This app sucks! It takes forever to login and even after login its very slow. Dont use this to place a trade as it's very slow and you'll lose money.

Need squreoff option and speed up it. Sometimes the app gets slow down.

When once log in, there is no surety to log out even I tried no of time that time I have uninstall app and again reinstall. Then again from fees day after problem remains same

Now from last month we face auto shutdown app problem in my samsung on nxt & Redmi note 3 mobile. I complain abt it but no any solutions done. For that we loss our trade.....

Bad apps. Not working properly. Some times it does not response properly in peak time. An error message shows " unable to connect". Log in problem and log off problems are also there

there is no any live trading platform provided in this app like kotak security keatprox and therefore I am trading on kotak since last 2 yes.

Worst app from axis,I redeemed my fund from mycams app but in my portfolio its still show it.When I contacted axisdirect the response was ,we can't do anything.worst app and the company from which they are Taking support from

now OK,no problem is there thanks to take action.k kindly put the options for download the portfolio status in excel format,it will help to analysis the portfolio.

Overall easy and good app but need lots of improvement. It is good if you can give excess of watchlist without login. Since last update, it is not working well. Every time we do something, it is getting hanged. Do not allow to place orders. Orders placed and traded order are not displayed in order book and trading book. Please develop new app with good developers.....

The App is full of bugs for so many days and it is a strange that in spite of getting this App tested by your developers quality assurance department they are asking for the bug details from customers. I am using this App since I am a customer of Axis Direct, but it is easier to change the Demat service provider rather than doing the job of developing agency by finding the bugs. The developer should pass it through Q&A and should do some job for which they are paid.

Try to include following company snapshot in single page: EPS,PE, Industry PE,,FV,DIV YIELD %,EQUITY,ROE,RONW,% of promoters holdings,three leader stock in that peer group and previous 3 days delivery % . These would help instantly to asses the health of company.If these functionality is provided on a single page then I would give ***** ( 5 star).Also provide buy sell link from portfolio and watch lists as well. evry tym i hit the logout , nothing happens..i need to kill this app everytym..This is banking app , you must keep it bugs free..also I think you should prpvide direct link for stocks in portfolio to Get quote..i.e. when i hit on a stock in my portfolio it should show me its current quote..like get quote..everytym i want to see my shares current status..i need to go to Get Quote tab..

Transactions do not show up at times. Faulty app for a bank like Axis. Logout feature is not working. Also while confirmation for any transaction it only shows the processing icon for a brief period and then nothing happens, so I have to do the confirm again to go to the next screen where it asks for holding the amount from your account.

It doesn't have a facility to check cash and security projection. Very primitive app. Lot of improvements are needed. This is a serious business app and there is no need of brand ambassador in the app. There are many many ways to present the details to the users. Should get some inspiration from ICICI.

this app use atleast 3g and buy and sell is not possible in this app. because it does not include market prize..thats why it does not proceed for further buy or sell process. rest is ok with the appearance... make it much lighter for slow internet rate. i always have to find computer for trading.

If you want to lose your money you can trade with this. This apps is very much slow. It is logged out automatically when you search something. Some time it is taking too much time to login. It's UI is good and easy to trade.

Lots of time it hang, order do not execute, automatic log out, brokerage amount do not reflect, 0% transparency for total charges i. e. Brokrage, interest, service charge. Stop loss order option not available, can't useful for Online IPO, intraday research call not available. Research ideas are not accurate, do not provide intraday call. News pop up not available

Cannot logout. After repeated attempts, gives message "Session Expired.". Atleast the Portfolio page does not update/refresh in realtime. Order page refresh lags. It would be excellent if we could go to a specific share directly from the portfolio page instead of having to go through "Get Quotes".

Totally bakwas app. Axis direct money(stock) related account. In case of any emergency. I lossed money many time.This app no guarantee to login.... I uninstall this app also switch from axis direct trading account. Only use web axis direct trading account for IPO only.......

Hangs a much... order status dsnt show up once confirm is pressed and hence multiple order is put... resulting in loss. It gets hang multiple times.. Totally rubbish app.... 60% of times it keep on showing "we r hving difficulties signing in" such waste app .. If you guys dont improve I will switch my account... For ur kind of info I m using it on galaxy s7 which is best of android and still your app is hanging

When the order has been modified, the order book just doesn't get updated, making me further modify, resulting in a loss. :( The app should just not HANG... This isn't a kind of app that can tolerate hanging... Also the app doesn't respond at the confirmation level sometimes even after clicking confirm- In such case when we click confirm again, the order gets duplicated.ie.double-order... These are not something which can be tolerated...

Very poor app. to many things included in the app. App maker had forgotten that Basic purpose is for trading. I hope that in future u will take appropriate action in this regard.
