Very crappy app. Build quality is extremely poor. It looks like a web view in the app. Nothing is working and i am really annoyed with this app.

Already using axis bank mobile bank app, and totally satisfied with it.. and thought the same for this app, but my first redemption is not happening, deleting it after writing this review, will try again after some time, lets see, will it improve or not...

This app is not useful for redeeming. The customer service cannot resolve the issue and give irrelevant replies to your problems. A very crappy app indeed.

Updated it on 30 Nov 2016 but it is not able to open my portfolio, just keeps trying to open but never returns. Most of the time this app does not load content, keeps progressing on my mi4i phone.pls check the issue and fix it.

What kind of app u ppl developed? Did u ever tested it before release ? Always show bug fixes and enhanced. What kind of enhancemet and bug fixes do u do?who has the patience? Takes years to show when selected anything. Play store does not have minus 100 or more stars otherwise you could have got that from me. Does anything work in your app?

Its been numerous times that I have called ur customer care. They r always busy. Thn msg comes k they'll contact u in some time. But it never ever happened. N this app? Its worst.. Never ever gets u anywhere.

When i click on My Portfolio, nothing happens. I wanted to ask the developers one question. Are you developing a app for the bank or its just a POC.?? Advice to the bank : Please hire some people who knows some coding and ask them to develop the app..

Logging in now, but loitering and lingering. Oh buddies, when will you live upto the mark? You deserve no star. I request play store to introduce negative star rating.

Don't go by few biased (or may be fake reviews). I have just checked out this app. It is stable, with good UI, and works as required. Among the best MF apps among other banks,which don't even have dedicated app for MF (it's clubbed in their main bank app).

After the latest update , I am not able to sync my portfolio. That Link seems to be taking years to load. Don't know if someone is able to see their portfolio. Fix this ..

After update, App remains in working condition. It's not giving any result. I am not able to view my portfolio. This is not acceptable. Rather it was better to have old version.

Axis MF should give time to read feedback. Everyone is giving feedback 1 star as hated. I am also unable to login with valid credentials which I can use to login on desktop.

Whenever i try to log in with my existing email id and pwd, it says the is no portfolio attached. But, when i log in from online site, it works fine... Strange....terrible...

Since updated, the app doesn't even open. Old version was stable. Still after so many bad reviews, the app is still the same.

Really Award deserving app development & QA team for such kind of negligance. Award for worst product developers. Worst Application. Total garbage. Stopped after updation. Suggesting for Rollback to the last vetsion.

Do you all really check the app before rolling out an update. It was fine before but after updating I am unable to open my folio and everything else in that matter.

From last two week unable to transact. Error is there.. Contact customer but still awaited for solution. Earlier it was working good and was making online purchase transaction.

What's the use the app if u cannot login into that....with same credentials can login to desktop site.... disappointed

Unable to login.. not so responsive.. need to fill all the info again and again

App wasn’t working after the update, so logged out from the app, cleared the app cache and restarted the phone. Then logged in, works perfectly! Probably some cached cookie issue

Can't login, too slow

Useless App, doesn't even show your transactions of SIP, rate at which purchased etc. It only shows what it wants. Also only absolute returns are shown which is waste, XIRR based returns should be shown to give true return. Can't understand why this guys cannot implement.this simple thing, mentioned in old review also. Looks like they don't even want to read/improve themselves.

It was working nice till I updated on 30 November now not able to login My id and password both are correct and I can login with web browser but not in app I don't know what's the problem I uninstalled and installed but nothing

I have tried many times to log in but in vain . forgot password is still not working...

Just because of this unusable app i started using remiance mf and bsl mf. Axis mf is responsible for its own losses.

I am not able to login from 30 nov after updating the apps. Whenever trying login in its either getting buffer or comming to again login screen.

Latest update had made this application not usable. When I try to get into application using username and password it doesn't give any error. It also doesn't logging in. Just refresh the screen. Please fix this problem.

Axis Mf payment gate way is very bad.After each transaction payment gateway is unable to back again to app page.All time payment failed. Not only that payment interface is also not upto the mark .

I tried for login from last 10 days but every time system hanged not transaction not done. I tried many time but transaction not completed. I often faced such type of difficulty. Finally I transacts from PC. Please improve this app.

It is not working properly and so many features are not available in it. So it looks like the worst among other mf' app

This app never let yoi login..if by good luck it let you login then it donot load the data even after half an hour..any function on the app dont open even if you wait for a day or two

I am unable to login to ur app using credentials. Just get waiting signals. Nothing else happens.

It's not working,taking too much time to open, I wanted to invest in mutual fund but couldn't n now I have invested through easy money app.

Worst exp, can't even login, do something asap, is this your reply, update new version or get us back the old one

Screwed the app with this update, hope you guys know the word "testing"

Initially when I had installed this app, it was working fine. However, after this new update it shows the loading page infinitely. So app is not working at all. Kindly help to fix this issue. :(
