Die App funkioniert soweit ganz gut. Folgende Funkionen fehlen aber: 1. Der zu Beginn gesetzte PIN kann nicht mehr geändert werden. 2. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, den Fingerabdruckscanner zu verwenden (obwohl dies im Newsletter angegeben wurde). 3. Push-Benachrichtigungen werden nicht aktiviert. Der Regler wird nach einer Sekunde wieder auf Inaktiv gesetzt. Edit: Nexus 6p, Android 7.1.1

App fragt auch nach mehreren Versuchen immer noch nach Mail-Adresse, Password, TAN UND Passcode - nicht mal e-Banking ist derart kompliziert im Zugang. Ist man mal drin, kommt überall "Der API zigt einen internen Fehler. Kontaktieren Sie den Administrator..." (z.B. bei Klick auf "Profil" oder Klick auf"Fahrzeuge & Reise" etc.) Von einem Login per Fingerabdruck kann ich nirgends was erkennen. Vielleicht ist die App mit Original Android Nougat 7.0 auf einem Nexus 6P überfordert? In diesem Zustand ist die App unbrauchbar... Developer-Response "Fingerabdruck wird für Android vorbereitet...": deutet darauf hin, dass sich auch hier wieder Developer zuerst um das Nischenprodukt IOS/iPhone gekümmert haben, das auf einen Marktanteil von gerademal 16% kommt, während man Android mit knapp 84% Marktanteil nachrangig behandelt. Toll gemacht....

The app itself works, as in it gives you the means to file a claim (I did notice a few bugs like when you select a contents claim in the main page, it will still group this with a building claim on following pages). Sending the claim through the app results in a very poorly laid out email. looking at the app, the email it sends and the fact that I haven't heard anything since filing my first claim I think the overall buisness process behind the app is probably also still it's infancy. hope to see it mature over time. Overall I think it's a great idea to give the means to file claims using an app as such, but currently it's poorly executed.

This is finally a real app for my insurance contracts (unlike older versions). All the contracts and no more complicated logins. all my tax documents are here. Look and feel is nice. Just posted my first claim.. opens a sharing screen which is confusing until i realized i should pick gmail and it generates a mail... but i guess that will be changing soon. (Disclaimer: I am currently an AXA employee)
