Dexter - Lightweight Pokedex

Only problem is when searching for multiple things like the example shown (hex, ghost) this seems to only work if the second move/ability has two words. For example I would have to search something like "scrappy, false " then a space and wait for the suggestion for false swipe. Other than that lack of tutor moves is a bit of a let down but otherwise good

Add Pokedex entry text, locations/encounter conditions (ex, lvl 100 needed to encounter Reshiram/Zekrom in OrAs) and sort them by game. Have a way to change the entry and location between games/gens. Also, add the Alola stuff asap (when the game release) and maybe an item Dex (tells how to get items in each game). I know its a lot but add this and it'll be perfect.

The feature to look up multiple things at once was amazing! I would look up which Pokémon have +90 hp/def/sp def, or which dark type can learn snarl with the highest speed and special attack, with a useful ability. Now I'm sad. Please fix this. Best feature for sure!

This was my first pokedex app, and I haven't tried another one since. Everything is just perfect and gives all you need to know about your favorite Pokémon. I only wish ut would come out with generation 7 in the near future. Other than that, its amazing. Good on you Awestruck Studios!

Where are the back sprites? That's literally the only thing I'm missing from this app. And there seems to be a small bug that Everytime I open the app the Pokédex doesn't show up, instead it shows a random Pokemon. Oh, and the TM locations from each game are missing. This app has the potential to replace bulbapedia. But it's not quite there yet.

Maybe you could add an item dex? It's a really handy app but maybe there could be a item dex that said what each item does. The item dex especially needs to have evolutionary stones. There could be lists saying Which pokèmon evolve with which stones. Just an idea. I love this app and its so handy when I'm playing Pokemon.

This is a great app, very simple and easy to use, very very streamlined and informative as heck. Just wanted to mention, however, that Mega Altaria is mistakenly labeled as Dragon/Flying when the mega evolution causes it to become Dragon/Fairy (unique type combo). Thought such a serious error ought to be mentioned; other than this one thing, though, I'm in love with this app. Thanks app devs!

On board with those wondering where Generation 7 is. I have been a fan of this app for quite some time too. Uninstalling and my rating stays as-is until an update happens. If the app is dead, let people know!

This app is great! It's neat, useful and easy to use! It has 2 problems, however. The first is that it is outdated, and the Alola Pokemon need to be added. The second is the lack of Pokemon descriptions. I understand that it may be tedious adding bios to all the Pokemon, but it will prove to be quite helpful- in my opinion. Other than that, it's awesome!

Im really sorry to say this but the information on the updated version is all wrong! Especially about the leveling up moves... I compared it to my brother's Apple version and his were the correct ones. I still like the UI very much though, but it's just useless if the information is wrong on Android. Please fix, thanks!

i love it for the most part. it gets the job done, but i do agree that you should be able to hide the pokemon you've already caught. separate from that, though, there seems to be a small bug where if you tap the progress bar on the caughtdex, the app crashes. i figure this should be brought to someone's attention. thank you for a great app

It's a really good app and all of the information is extremely useful and helpful, and I especially love the team building option. However I really miss the pictures - I think they were one of the best features of the app and now that they're gone I have to resort to googling a lot more. I hope they come back someday...

Its missing a few moves, like Origin Pulse, and Precipice Blades. Not all information is accurate either. Plus why have an option for egg moves when most of them aren't even there? I really hope the Alola Dex is added when Sun and Moon come out!

I would give 5 stars if this had pokemon images. The Q-Dex app for Windows phone is an amazing example of what this app could become. That said this still.seems to be the best pocketed app for Android.

The new tick box option in the caughtdex should have an option where you hide Pokémon you haven't caught yet. The new teamdex with multiple teams is brilliant, but a bit clunky. Also ... PLEASE make it possible to search for moves by tm number. And preferably with an option to select which gen is being used

It helps me make teams before I start playthrough. And in like that I don't have to keep going on bulbapedia to get levels. The only problem is there is no location and it does not have Alola.

Nice. I was still using the old dexter and I was wondering if you guys have an update or what then I learned that you guys redone it. I certainly like the design better than the previous one but they are both equally useful. Also, I like it that maybe some of the pokemon whose images are halfed are now gladly fixed here. I have yet to check them all but I'm sure they are.

I've had this app since it was just an apk I found online and it never ceases to help I've used it for training, battling, and even tracking what's missing in my pokedex. And it has more to offer that I haven't made use of

I just think it lacks the pokedex entries to describe each one. Also, the "eggs" section don't show any information... Would it be how to breed them? Despite this, congratulations for the design, which is clean and easy to use and for the app, that is complete

Okay. I really like this app, and find it super helpful. But, is there a possibility in a near update, you could add FormDex? So we can search for pokemon by form? I would find it extremely helpful, and if you do, I would rate this app five stars. Thanks!

I am a total Pokémaniac, and this is the finest Pokédex I have ever used. (Please note my use of é instead of e, it is not Pokemon it is Pokémon) Anyway, I just wanted to say well done, and don't worry about these gen 6 newbies trying to get you to add in a bunch of unnecessary stuff. If you know your Pokémon, you don't need to look at a sprite to know which one it is. This already has a lot of good info, but I like making suggestions too. 1 = Sizes. 2 = Footprints. 3 = Pokéball info. Thank you again!

I really love this pokedex app and I've been using it for awhile now, but as of late whenever I search up a pokemon and click on it to see its stats and stuff the game just crashes. I really hope you guys can fix this.

People who gave this less stars for not having alola are dumb. This app has been the best dex since gen 5 came out and aside from a few bugs every now and again its just fine. These guys take there time to incorporate new material in a way that works and they get access to this info just as quick as we do. To make a good update takes time, especially when a new gen is involved. It's by far the best dex app for your phone that I know of.

I had this app a few years back when it wasn't as polished and I loved it. I went through a few phones since then and when Go released I downloaded it again. However everytime without fail it crashes. Looks nicer crashes more. I've got a Note 5 so it's not my phone.

Whenever I search for anything or use the app at all, the ads within the application pan the screen from the bottom to the top lightning fast and make it incredibly difficult to utilize the app. It's very hard to explain, but it's a bug you'd think the devs would have figured out before releasing. The only way it doesn't do this is if I open it while my phone is in airplane mode.

The perfect Pokedex app for anyone! I highly recommend it to anyone into Pokémon. It could use some more features like the Pokémon cries, dex entries, or pictures, but overall it's a great app!

This is literally the best Pokédex app on the play store. I'd be disappointed if it doesn't get 7th gen update though! Keep up the great work!

This app is just about perfect for checking information on a Pokemon rather quickly, but it certainly needs to have an option to select what generation you're looking at.

From what I can tell, this app is amazing. I just have one question though. With Pokémon constantly expanding, would u just update the app for newer releases or would it just not be relevant anymore?

This app has excellent information, however it crashes multiple times while trying to use the app. There also needs to something that allows you to log in to view the same information on different devices.

The only problem I have with this is that the movesets are strictly 5th gen. I love to play the old games, but I can't use this app while doing so.

My only complaint is that gen 7 isn't in here yet. Are you guys working on it?

This app makes it very easy browse Pokemon, find its weaknesses and strengths, evolution patterns and all with a beautiful interface. Definitely the best Pokédex app out there

This is definitely the best Pokédex app you can get. All the information is complete and is organized well. Would be cool if they added things like cries and Pokédex entries from the actual games.

Nice overhaul but I really miss seeing the pokemon pictures. Willing to change rating if the pictures return.
