Nursing NCLEX-RN reviewer

The devotion vs fidelity answer for Erickson adolescence development stage is not what is taught. It's "IDENTITY VS CONFUSION". I don't need these kind of problems that can literally fail me for a real exam that makes the difference between me helping me survive or die. You get it THRIVE OR DIE !

On every false ansr an explanation and rational should b given wid the correct ansr...and when we jump to d nxt qstn dere should b an option to go back to the previous questions..thnk u

A lot of spelling errors! Makes you doubt accuracy.

I didn't like this app. It's horrible with all the ads popping up. Can't even click on the answer. The questions are ok as well, not very good.

It really sucks when you're attempting to answer and a pop-up window comes up and you end up getting the question wrong

It would be nice if the app explained the rationale for why you got one wrong. If the free questions did this.....it may make you want to purchase full version.

Good, but could be better with in-built rationales for correct and wrong options, improve with spellings.

I recommend this app. for nursing students and graduates preparing to take the NCLEX-RN EXAM.

Good app good questions a way to prepare for boards only thing is you need to proof read your questions for numerous questions with grammatical and spelling errors otherwise not bad

I do like it but I hate being told I have a wrong answer with no rationale behind it. Tell me why it's wrong! Other than that, good app.

It's a good app for practicing, but doesn't give a reason why...so you're not really learning from your "mistakes" unless you look it up.

It tells you which ones u get right and wrong it's helped me out! Thanks. Maybe a couple more subjects would be nice :)

The ads at the bottom of the screen cause an unwarranted distraction. Also when choosing an answer, you are taken to another page because there's a tab there! Frustrating!

It helps you prepare. I can't take my huge books everywhere so this helps me study on the go

The most helpful thing about practicing nclex questions is understanding the rationale behind the answers and this app does not offer rationale for right or wrong answers.

I gave this app 4 stars becausr it needs more questions .... by going over the questions twice i got all right .... i want more .... it needs more

I have trouble trusting the empirical quality/accuracy of a medical app that has numerous grammatical errors!

Thiss app is just okey coz theres no reasoning if you have mistakes..

No need to carry books.we want rationale with reasons.
