Bluee Free International Calls

Used to be very cheap to call Bulgaria but now with the price increase is not worth have it.also I've ask few of my friends if they receive any txt message from Bluee regards increasing the price everybody says NO NO . You did it without telling

you guys are crazy. I've been using this app for 3 years and now 10 dollars gives me less than 2 hours. I'm done with this app and I'm uninstalling, you don't know how to show appreciation to loyal customers. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I just put in 10 bucks yesterday and it's gone. They don't even alert you of change of rates. Crooks!!!

Thanks a lot....my query has been answered by bluee team....But an important thing is missing from this application and that is a 'cancel' button for canceling an ongoing plan..because we have to send an email to cancel a plan and takes you 3-4 days to respond to an email....and suppose i send u a request to cancel my plan a day or two before my plan renews....that means my plan would be already renewed when you respond to my email and thats a big problem. i hope you understand what i am trying to covey

The rate to Bulgaria Mobil jumped almost 10 times and no notice... ? I will find another way, even with same rate at least I will now it before making my calls. Very disappointed.

I like this app,yes now is more expensive,but I put 20 dolls and I expect Bluee gives to me the offer 10 cent per minute. I use it just for emergency calls.

Calls to Bulgaria got so expensive! 10$ were not enough even for two calls! Not going to use any longer. Very dissapointed...

It used to be around 2 cents per minute to Bulgaria and now suddenly over has become 30$. I got 10 $ in my account and it was telling me that I got no enough credit to make the call. This is hopefully software mistake. Please check it out!!!

Excellent calling app to Nigeria. It's very cheap and I will recommend this to anyone looking for cheap means/options to ring home. At the beginning, I had issues but the customer services rectified this immediately. Excellent calling app.

I use to be very happy client. Was recommending this app to all my friends and even convincing them how is much better than Viber, Skype etc. And what was my shock when I've added $10 (usually lasted me for 2 months) and they almost finished after 2 weeks? Then I check the rates and saw they are changed and read the reviews here. Your customer service is so poor and pathetic build on a lie. You've never send any Text to warn your clients. Never got one and I asked all my friends too. Y've lost 10+ people...

I am a new user, installed the app. After that open it and verified my mobile no. Immediately it showing account is deactivated. Total fake.

I select india unlimited package before 12 days........now I call India ....blue calling says u don't have enough cridet to call this number.....this blue is cheating ...plzz activate my calls

Used to have good rates to mobiles in Bulgaria, suddenly increased rates 10 times with no notice... wholesale prices to EU mobiles are still crazy cheap and falling down, why the heck would you be charging $0.22 per minute???!!! Switching to other apps, there are plenty of them, as soon as the credit expires. Edit: response from bluee team makes no sense, they should review their provider rates and find alternative one so they can pass reasonable rates to their customers!

Very bad 1month sucbscrition ,they give 25days only and they are not resolved the problem.

Not too bad to use for international calls, so a little bit considerate ok surpringly the changes are very frustrating, not advisable to use for international calls because of the cost

Omg! What's happened ! Why did you change the rates without any warning and notification ? What a shame! I call from Uk to Bulgaria. Used to be very cheap, now is nightmare - $0.2230 per minute. Why did you raise it so drastically, I am so disgust!!!! I would never use it again with such a rate...

It was working fine until last two patch. Not able to hear anything after last two patches.phone calling not working. WiFi calling working

I installed the app and see that to calling to Bulgaria they charge me 0.20-0.30$ my plan on ATT is charge me less....now using rebtel and the rate is 0.03$ sorry for the money and time... $12 for nothing

I completely hate it.... You have an option to call over wifi, however it still ask for credit balance

Recently the prices were changed and it is very expensive. I would not use it anymore once my deposit is finish...which should be in a minute or two!

Its cracked it told me first call will move free. After I stalling the app it don't make free call

It's really nice app I talk to my mom every day and it's amazing, they don't charge a lot, it's almost nothing
